3. Attitude and Professionalism: The cashier displayed a dismissive attitude, failing to acknowledge my presence adequately. There was no verbal communication during the bagging process, and the cashier did not offer any polite gestures, such as a "thank you" or a farewell.
4. Overall Experience: The interaction left a negative impression, as the cashier’s demeanor felt disrespectful, which is concerning for customer retention and satisfaction. The lack of acknowledgment of my request for a bag, combined with the cashier's attitude, detracted from an otherwise routine shopping experience.
Recommendations:
