Kohl's

Well went in to return something at Sephora and decided to take a look in the store. Went to find some new balance sneakers but couldn’t find what I was looking for. The shoe department is a mess and so unorganized. Nevermind finding someone to help. The store is so desolate in the afternoon hours. It’s sad. Checkout process isn’t ideal. They have a bunch of self checkout stations which I hate using worse thing they did. It use to be such a great store, but not so much now.

I love to shop in Kohl's especially for clothes. They have a lot of pretty lines of clothes for all at reasonable and discounted prices. Good quality items from clothes to appliances and home necessities you can find them here. Worth the visit... You don't wanna come out without buying. Very nice employees too. Clean place, clean restroom and organized racks and shelves.

So I purchased a pair of boots for $116.99 within a week went on sale for $93.59 they would not honor their own policy that if item goes on sale within a month they will refund the difference won't be shopping there any longer. Jc Penney is much better !!!!! Wasted about an hour chatting with people who can't help they just repeatedly stated that item was a sale ! Date of experience: April 29, 2025

This a review for Sephora inside Kohl’s. The store was clean and well stocked. The associates were friendly. Testers were available and clean. You can now link your Kohl’s and Sephora accounts to get your rewards.

Kohls is great for in store visits as well as online pickup in store order pickup. It is always quick and easy, and the store layout is easy to shop and clean.

Don't use the self checkout-no one will help you and mistakes are made. Don't expect items to be priced. And don't try to interact online with their clueless AI associate.

Today Lina at Dartmouth Kohl's was very helpful and super friendly at my checkout. She made sure I got all the discounts available. I would return to this store just to interact and joke with Lina.

I try to order curtains from Kohls on line and each time they send me the wrong size, I received a gift card and use it to order replacements. The replacements also arrived the wrong size. They shipped out of Augusta, Ga. They do not sell these curtains in the store. The fact they would give me back cash, but. a gift card is sad. Once I use up my gift card I will never ever shop at this store again,

today I went to kohls to return an item I bought online. kohls has restructured the layout. The checkout area is now the return line, the pick up online purchases line as well as in store purchase checkout. extremely long line to return an item. Do not like this layout.

The Dartmouth store is my favorite department around. Always looks great, but look's especially nice all decorated for the holiday. The staff is amazing! Always so helpful. Excellent customer service, which I feel is hard to come by these days.

Don't get me wrong, I love me some Kohl's, but this location in Dartmouth is overwhelming in all of the bad ways. The first major issue we had with this location was the fact that the store was too full and disorganized. Usually I love when stores have a ton of selection, but when it's difficult to walk through the aisles and you feel like you have to dig through all of the racks to find your size, then you have an issue. Another issue was the fact that their checkout lines and customer service section were horrendous. The help desk at the back of the store was manned by a bunch of impolite staff and the front cash registers didn't have enough support so the line was huge. The only really redeeming factor was that they had a ton of items on sale, but what's the point when you can't find the items.

Kohl's and Target are probably my favorite low end stores, replacing stores like KMart and Bradlees in the past. Huge store and I like that it's located in a part of the strip mall that's always has plenty of parking. "Cleaner" crowd than you'd find at Walmart. ;-) Good selection of everything from clothes to jewelry to appliances and more. Easy access on and off Faunce Corner Road. It's a pretty big store, so the bathrooms are quite a hike, way in the back toward the left. Head to Kohl's for pretty much whatever you need, besides food!

I love Kohl's for a few reasons and they are that it offers a large selection of clothing that I like. It doesn't matter if I am looking for jeans, sneakers, shirts, or even socks because I will find something that I like. This is not something I can say about all department stores. They have a huge selection of clothing for every age and gender. This store does boast a huge selection of brand name products that sell quick as far as I can tell because there are times when I have difficulty finding exactly what I am looking for because it is out of stock. This is the only reason why I try to stick to online shopping and purchase everything through the app or the website most of the time. My opinion on the pricing is that it has its fair share of expensive items so not everything is a killer deal but you do find a lot of clearance items for those people that want to stick to a budget like myself. The store is always clean and organized when I visit there and that's very pleasing to the eye when I am out shopping. The staff does keep up on keeping the place tidied up so that says a lot on image and reputation. The staff are courteous and helpful and they do stick around the area so you will find them when you need them and most of the time your questions will always be answered. So in conclusion I would have to say that I highly recommend paying a visit to Kohl's and see for yourself what the store is all about. Take a look around and see if you find what you want or just browse around because the experience of just being there and browsing is great on its own.

I have found, in the last decade, the quality of the clothes has decreased and usually have resistance with front-line associates about returning or exchanging items. However today, during the Xmas Season, it was much different. There was no attitude and most associates seemed happy...it was like opposite day! Until I was misinformed about an exchange policy and requested to speak with a store manager. Ann Marie greeted herself and not only listened to my issue but comprehended it without any general policy defense and then rectified the problem! I hope Ann Marie is recognized and lauded for her customer service as she exemplifies this tenet which made my originally frustrating experience change to a more pleasant one...enough to initiate this review!

Definately my go-to store for most items esp women's! Almost all of my clothes comes from Kohl's!!! Nice variety!

I was shopping at Kohl's and had the pleasure to meet Orlando and Kenny when i got home I called the store manager to tell him what an asset they were to Kohl's they were so good to me and my friend I had to tell him he promised me as soon as we hung up he was going to tell them so i just want to tell everyone out there It was the best experience I've had at Kohl's I'll be going back. Worst experience ever. Customer service is horrible. Even the managers are angry, horrible and rude. I went to do a return and the lady behind the cash register is helping me out and then gets up and leaves in the middle of it and disappears for 10 minutes no one knows where she went. I was in a hurry and let her know that and she did not even care. Needless to say I got my stuff and left. Kohls is supposed to have a great customer service department but the Dartmouth location is the worst one I've ever been to in my entire life. Try and avoid it at all costs.

Someone had given me a gift certificate that I had to use. Big sales today. Maybe it's me, but some of the clothing is just plain ugly. After digging through the ugly clothing, I miraculously found 2 sweaters and 2 tops that I would actually wear. This is not my go to clothing place, but people do buy me things here (alot) or give me gift certificates (alot), so I'm forced to shop there. I'm usually at the service desk returning and that's always interesting too.

customer service being way in back is really a nuisance. who thought of that needs to rethink the layout.

I'm always up for a bargain, and Kohl's always surprises me with amazing deals. I visit Kohl's weekly, but last night I was stunned by the enormous amount of baby clothes on clearance. I purchased $30 worth of baby clothes, with a whopping savings of over $200. I didn't give this store five stars because of all the clutter and disorganization of the store, but it's well worth it for great deals.

We were purchasing winter gloves, hats, socks, exc... For the homeless shelter in New Bedford. When we went to pay, my wife had forgotten out Kohl's coupon at home. She asked the sales clerk for one and was told no. The customer in back of us had one to give us and the customer service manager stepped in and said we can not use someone else's coupon. Their reason," That customer has earned that coupon, you have not. You did not." When we told them what we were buying for, their response ," I don't care." We left and went to Vanity Fair Outlet and purchased. When at all possible, do not do business with Kohl's Dartmouth. As their customer service manager put it so eloquently ," I don't care."

I went to Kohls today and found out that the 20% coupon would not work on adidas sneakers. Just another day at Kohls w more coupon exclusion. Why bother. Plus today as most Saturday's the store was a mess
