An awesome bubble tea spot to satisfy your bubble tea cravings! I definitely recommend getting their fruit teas and slushes.

Ambience was nice. Main areas were clean and aesthetic. My only issue was the Bathrooms, they smelled horrible and the fact that there was only one person on shift so the wait was quite long, on a Friday night. The drinks were good but pricey.

I visited Koi on weekday evening. Service was quick and friendly. I always go to center street location, operation was better at this location, I’d say. They had food menu, like hotpot in this location. I’d try that next time. Parking situation, however, was tricky. They have parking spots next door but it is hard to find.

I have tried a variety of delicious drinks from this place, and I will continue to go there for bubble tea. The staff are very friendly, and are well informed about their products. They give excellent recommendations for new things to try from the array of flavours and teas they have. The drinks are from 500ml to 1L and are pretty reasonably priced considering how much you are getting.

I am a regular customer who has been ordering the peach smoothie macchiato every summer since they launched the menu. I have recommended this drink to my friends as well. However, today I had a really bad experience. The employees seemed untrained and unprofessional. I ordered my usual peach smoothie macchiato, but the employee misunderstood my order and gave me peach oolong with cheese cap instead. I pointed out the mistake before they made my drink and paid the price difference. Despite this, they prioritized serving other customers and made the wrong drink again. I believe they discussed my order, but the other staff member still made the incorrect drink. We waited for a while, and when we finally received our drinks, they tasted completely different from what I usually get - no sweetness or flavors. We were extremely disappointed, especially considering the high price of $10 per drink. Additionally, my friend didn't receive the correct number of stickers even though she ordered two drinks. The staff didn't apologize and simply ignored us, leaving us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the whole experience. ———————— Super friendly staff. Drinks are awesome.

Really clean place and friendly staff. Very white and bright atmosphere (not my cup of tea but not offensive). Prices are average or a bit pricier than average but good value for the fresh fruit, tea quality, and service. Large is really large (see photo) and medium is the regular size of a large. They offer quite a different menu and unique toppings. Parking on street short term or behind back.

Many different options for drinks for those that are looking for drinks that aren't your typical bubble tea or Boba drinks. Initially went for the their creme brulee milk tea but got drawn in by their strawberry long Island ice tea. I got 50% sugar and even then the lime overpowered the drink (70% sugar didn't make a difference). But if you're looking for a light drink, it was good with the green tea option. I appreciate that there were different tea options for each drink. The staff closed the place at 10:30 when Google said they close at 11:00, best to make sure before entering or going close to closing time :) bags and cakes are adorable

Visited around 1 pm, the wited time was so long, took about 40 min. I see only one employee was helping customers and making drinks. The PRICE is WRONG!! Be careful with their screen menu price is not correct. I pointed it out then they call the owner, and then they said it was wrong. Cake menu is wrong price too. Please fix your menu Service was not great, bathroom was messy, ( full of bins) it was disappointing look at.

I got their lychee birthday cake to celebrate a 70th birthday. It is very nicely decorated and the cake is very soft. The part that disappoints is that the lychee flavor is very subtle. They use canned lychee and it seems like a small amount that is mixed into the cream. The cream itself is regular whipped cream. At $60 for the cake, I would have hoped that the lychee flavor was infused into the cream. I also thought the rose petals decoration hinted that there would be rose flavor in the cake. I probably won't try their cake for a while but will still go for their bubble tea.

Yelp
This is a brand new Koi location and it is beautiful and bright I am a huge fan of Koi as they have a incredible variety of floral and fruity teas in addition to the regilar roasted, green, and black teas. But as the weather is (finally) getting colder, I decided to try out a warm bubble tea (Rose oolong eith gold boba and a salty cheese cap) here and my only regret is not trying their warm drinks earlier as it was delicious! Their portions are generous too! It was great to have such a convenient Koi location now as it is a very short drive or pleadant walk from SAIT and UofC foothills. They have plenty of parking at the back!

Yelp
Over priced . The large claims to be 1L but is not even close. The tea was ok. Quite slow service too. Took 30 minutes to get our order.
