KOI The Grand Indonesia East Mall

Always have a long queue here but their products is very very worth the queue. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. But store is too small unluckily. So it’s better for me to choose the take away. Chocolate Milk will always be my favorite. Price was very reasonable and somehow cheap for the quality I got. Love Koi!

This is the best place to get a delicious macchiato!! I would recommend its green tea macchiato! The bittersweet taste blends perfectly! The price is quite reasonable too. The ambience is lovely and cozy too!

Ovaltine machiato and golden bubble milk tea is best option. I like koi east mall better than west mall because the queue is short and has better quality too I never try the other menu because everytime i ask barista, thats 2 menu they recommend. It located near uniqlo and ranch market inside grand indonesia level ug. They dont have seating area here

Love it, love it love it. Excellent place and almost perfect bubble tea/drink/coffee-ish parlor around town. Most people would recommend the ovaltine macchiato, tried it well its pretty nice I like the cream and all but I think its overhyped. Next time would try something else.

Koi seems put Grand Indonesia as one of their strategic spot for business. there's two Koi here, the one with seating space in 5th floor and outlet in the basement area.

KOI serves a great variety of drinks to suit everyone's tastes. My favorite is KOI cafe macchiato, with its refreshing blend of coffee and cream. The service is relatively quick for a place this crowded, never had to wait too long. However, the seating capacity is rather limited, so in rush hours you may find yourself without a seat.

I brought my own tumbler and the baristas told me they have no tumbler policy. I told them by bringing my own tumbler, we would avoid plastic waste. But still they insist they have no tumbler policy. I think it's crucial for Koi Cafe to implement environmental awareness steps while serving excellent drink to their customers. Their coffee is good, but It's time to think about eco friendly way of doing business. It's not 2006 anymore
