I highly recommend this restaurant! Staff: Incredible! Anything we needed or requested was provided immediately with sincerity and a huge smile. Atmosphere: Beautiful! We sat in the front of the restaurant and over looked the beach. If you’re lucky you may see the local resident sloth walk by. Food: Great! I had the Snapper, fresh and grilled. It was delicious. Dessert was the banana in a box- so good and perfect for a finishing touch Beverage: Happy Hour! Till 6pm and the drinks were tasty and beautifully decorated. Thank you to Chris and all the staff you made our Tuesday night amazing! See you next time. 🤗

We had a fantastic dinner here! I ordered the Peruvian chaufa with steak and seafood—it was delicious and a generous portion, so come hungry. I highly recommend it! The staff was also incredibly accommodating; when we mentioned my friend is vegan, the chef prepared a special meal just for him, and he loved it. The glowing lights around the restaurant create a wonderful atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a memorable night!

This place was highly recommended by the locals, and it didn't disappoint. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well as professional. We had tuna steak and grilled octopus which was delicious and for dessert we had caramelized banana with vanilla ice cream which was out of this world. For drinks we had cocktails. The restaurant offers a nice view but you will struggle with the parking. We paid around USD 75 per person which is a bit on the higher end when compared to similar places. Nevertheless, I would recommend it!

Excellent restaurant with good quality food and wonderfully atmospheric in the evening. The table service was great, food quality great (We had Ribs with Caribbean sauce and Beef Stir Fry and a passion fruit creme brûlée dessert) remember you're in Puerto Viejo, not some city eatery so this is defo fine dinning for the location and a bit more expensive than some other places 🙌 totally worth it.

If you are looking for a fun and delicious night out in Puerto Viejo, Koki Beach is the place. The setting, across the street from the beach, can't be beat. The decor is festive and the staff very attentive. I'm vegan and the chef was super accommodating, making me a delicious vegetable platter. And while I don't eat animal products, I do like a good cocktail, And Koki Beach's are amazing. One of my favorites was so new, it didn't even have a name yet, but has just started being served at both Koki Beach and it's sister restaurant, SoCa. It had mezcal, grapefruit soda, aperol and lime..so refreshing and tasty!

I came to Koki on my first night after a whole day of travel. If I’m being honest, I chose it because it was one of the closest places to my hostel and I was way too tired & hungry to hunt for other spots. But from the second I sat down, the staff treated me kindly, and the food did not disappoint. Andrés was beyond friendly and knew how to make me feel right at home. I loved Koki so much that Andrés convinced me to come back multiple times over the next few days and bring my new friends from the hostel. My friends have since said that they’ll remember that night forever. The food and drinks are great here, but it’s the people and the vibes that stand out 🥰

We had a delicious dinner here but it is expensive. The yucca starter and tuna steak main were really good. Expect to pay around 20,000 per person.

Fran (our hostess) and Andrés (our waiter) were as outstanding to us as the food that we ate. Even though we arrived late, they kept the table for us and treated us fantastic. It was our anniversary, which meant that we were finished off the evening with bubbles, delicious chocolate mousse, and creme brûlée. (On the house) Overall great place
