The hotel is clean, and the location is great. The sea is beautiful, but the hotel is incredibly strict with rules; it honestly felt like a boarding school. Of course, every hotel can have some rules, but this level of control is unnecessary. After all, we’re staying at a hotel, not a military camp.
The woman in charge of breakfast was constantly watching and monitoring what people were eating and doing. She even commented when I toasted my bread a little too much. At the beach, even though all the tables were completely empty, i was sitting with my family and I moved to a second table because the sun was hitting my seat and I was told we couldn’t sit at two tables. Apparently, even in an empty space, you’re not allowed to use more than one table.
It’s disappointing that, despite receiving similar feedback in many reviews, they still haven’t changed this overly controlling attitude. In my opinion, a more guest-focused approach would make a big difference. Because of this experience, I’d think twice before recommending this place to someone.
