Κόκκινο Σπίτι Boutique Hotel

Location of this hotel is amazing (inside the old Jewish quarter and just by the only remaining synagogue) . In center of town but you feel you are in a village, with beautiful renovated old houses, lots of trees and by the river. Rooms are nice but a bit worn down. Service was excellent and breakfast was nice. We enjoyed our stay very much

We stayed at eco living which was part of the three hotels runned by the same owner. This boutique hotel is situated in the most beautiful part of this city and it has the advantage of being by the river so we could hear the water and it was pleasant. The ladyhost was also kind and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the overall area decorated in style. Though to be fair aswmness lies in the details and our room didn't perform in this sense. Towels were too average so was the bathroom, so was the amenities in the form of one single big bottle all in one. Mattress was too soft, but then again some might like it this way. There was no small fridge which I found weird. Lastly breakfast was served in a quite nice room, but it was rather average and there was no decaf coffee option. Don't get me wrong we did like the place and we do recommend it it's just that we are too spoiled by other boutique hotels we've stayed at times and they scored higher in the things I have mentioned.

The hotel which is lovely. we stayed in a separate building. the room was fantastic, spacious pleasant clean and everything was of good standard. Very enjoyable. Breakfast was Limited. location is very good. near the main attractions but quiet.

I recently stayed at Kokkino Spiti in Veria and had a very good experience. The rooms were tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were kind and always ready to help, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend Kokkino Spiti to anyone visiting Veria.

I had a great stay here, these traditional houses/rooms are well preserved and maintained by the family that owns and runs them. All the staff, from the reception, house keepers and kitchen (hearty and delicious breakfast by the way) was very friendly and attentive, made me feel like home. Best regards to Vera and Danae.

Stayed here late March 2025, originally planned a one-night stop-over but had to stay on. A lovely, quiet hotel spread across two beautiful old houses. We were in the one further down the hill, in a very carefully and thoughtfully restored room overlooking the river. As with all good hotels, it's not just the fixtures and fittings, but the people who make a place stick in the memory, and Veria is an excellent host. We were made very welcome and she gave us lots of good advice about where to eat and places to visit.

Don't miss staying here if you are in the area. This is a beautiful, small, family-owned hotel on a quiet river, yet just a 2 minute walk to a bustling town with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and store. ||Spotlessly clean and well cared for, this small hotel is a jewel. The mattress is very comfortable and there are room darkening shades on all the windows. ||And I can't say enough about our host family. Our car had trouble just as we were parking for our stay. Barbara took care of us, making arrangements for their mechanic to work on our car.||My husband and I had a delightful time and look forward to returning next year!
