Celebrating New Year’s Eve at koko bay is one of the best experiences I had! To sum up my whole experience- it’s life changing!!!! I really enjoyed the music and the dj are exceptional! The drinks are amazing ! The shows and countdown are spectacular ! The location is really accessible and very convenient! it’s one of the books for 2026! I really can’t wait to be back and experience another one of a kind shows & music in koko bay in the heart of palm jumeirah! 💓💓💓💓

Koko Bay offers a lovely breakfast experience in a beautiful, pet-friendly setting. The overall atmosphere and hospitality were great, making it a pleasant morning visit. While the scrambled eggs weren’t the best I've had, and the espresso coffee beans could use improvement, the rest of the meal was enjoyable. The breakfast menu is limited in variety, but it’s still a nice spot to relax and unwind with your furry friend.

We were on a casual outing on a summer evening, and the place offers a beautiful sunset view. And the food and drinks here are delicious. We tried vegetarian options here and they are too good. Highly recommend their sushi and pasta.

I’ve visited this place multiple times for music, drinks, and social gatherings, but last weekend, we decided to dine there and ordered mostly seafood. I indulged in a delectable crusted salmon dish and savored the grilled octopus. These dishes were absolutely spectacular! We also had the Branzino and shrimp skewers (which weren’t pictured), and they were equally delicious and flavorful. However, what truly set the salmon and octopus apart was its unique sauce, which added an interesting twist

It’s summer but their beach dinner is great. Each table is secured with proper ventilation, making it just enough warmth to chill and enjoy. Service is spot on! Thanks to Mary! She was patient and showed love to our little doggo! What mattered most for us apart from the amazing flavours is that, our dog was very welcomed! Thought they had some pet restrictions, it’s all reasonable. Just make sure you bring some food and water for your pet. Ours settled for the jasmine rice and shared our grilled seabream fillet haha!

I recently visited Koko Bay at Palm West Beach and experienced an unacceptable hygiene issue that completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable evening. We were served a drink in a glass that had visible lipstick marks on it – a clear sign of inadequate washing and poor hygiene standards.When we highlighted this serious concern to the servers, their response was shockingly unapologetic. They simply took the glass away and said they would get us a fresh one, showing no genuine concern for the health and safety implications. Even more disturbing was the manager's attempt to justify this unsanitary situation by claiming the dishwasher just couldn't remove the lipstick mark but cleaned the glass and insisting it was "perfectly fine" to drink from such a glass. This demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of basic food safety and hygiene standards.This is absolutely unacceptable for any food and beverage establishment, let alone one charging premium prices at a beach club location. Lipstick marks on glassware indicate that the glass was not properly sanitized, which raises serious questions about what other hygiene protocols are being ignored in the kitchen and bar areas. If they can't ensure glasses are clean, what confidence can customers have in their food preparation standards? The dismissive attitude from both the service staff and management is equally concerning. Rather than apologizing profusely and addressing the issue with the seriousness it deserves, they attempted to downplay a legitimate health concern. This shows a lack of respect for customers and a dangerous disregard for food safety regulations that Dubai Municipality strictly enforces. I would not recommend Koko Bay until they seriously review their hygiene practices, dishwashing procedures, and staff training. Despite the beautiful beachside setting, no ambiance is worth compromising your health and safety. We paid our bill in full but left feeling completely dissatisfied and concerned about the establishment's hygiene standards.

Absolutely love this place every time I am in Dubai I visit ❤️ Tonight did not disappoint Adil (tonsure if spelt right) was amazing very attentive …..as were all the staff were & there was a fire show to top the evening off. Location is spot on & food was delicious as were the cocktails. Highly recommend 🌟

Weight of did not much about what was happening and really struggled to explain how we could get a towel or a bed. Once we understood each other they werr accommodating and the fish platter was delicious. Overall we enjoyed it
