The hotel brand itself is fine and the room was okay, but the staff experience was not good.
We booked a Family Room and fully paid through the app. I arrived first, but the staff made me wait around 10 minutes and did not allow me to go to the room until the main guest arrived, even though the booking was already confirmed and paid. They could have allowed me to check in first and request the passport later.
Later, I asked politely where guests could eat, but I was told we were not allowed to eat anywhere inside and had to go outside only. There were tables available, but guests were not allowed to sit there, which was confusing. The staff’s attitude felt unfriendly, and communication was only in English with an unsatisfactory tone.
Overall, the hotel facilities are okay, but the service and staff attitude need improvement. *** The problem was with the staff service, not the hotel itself.***
