This hotel was a really bad choice for my business trip. Even though I asked for an early check-in and a quiet room via email before I arrived, they first gave me a room right by the noisy main road. Most of the deluxe rooms face this noisy road, so you hear cars all night.
I had to complain again to get a quieter room, but it still had problems. The AC in room 77 was so loud I had to use earplugs to sleep. Also, the toilet in the next room was right next to my bedroom wall, so I could hear everything. Plus, there was a noisy water pipe in my room.
Breakfast was just okay, with not many choices, and you had to pick from a set menu. I also found that customer service in Thailand isn't great, and it was often hard to understand each other because of the language.
I only picked this hotel because it was close to the Marriott where my conference was, and I could walk there. But the noise and other issues made it a terrible place to stay for a business trip. I wouldn't recommend it.
