The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The service throughout our stay was flawless, and every detail was taken care of with such care and professionalism. Our room was beautiful—immaculately clean, spacious, and full of charm. It truly felt like a luxurious retreat. We’re already looking forward to returning !

My family of 4 with 2 little ones (4 year and 9 months) stayed here for 5 nights - our first time in Bali. Small things like taking the time to know our names and morning coffee with our names on the first day really made it feel special. The front desk staff - Ade, Dani, and every single staff ( apologies I forgot the names!) were amazing! They ask our plans for the day and gave us recommendations which were so helpful. They truly care. BBQ dinner on the weekend was intimate with entertaining cultural dance and good food. The kitchen staff were super engaging with the kids and even offering to look after my little ones while I enjoyed my dinner. It truly felt like home. The location is very central to Ubud markets. Very clean rooms, nice pool area, peaceful atmosphere, amazing food and most of all exceptional staff. Definitely staying here on our next visit.

It was my first time staying at Komaneka Monkey Forest, and the place was beautiful, with a rice field view right in front of the room. The room itself was very clean and extremely comfortable,it made me just want to stay in all day. The service was also very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were especially helpful in explaining the hotel facilities and were very friendly.||However, the parking space was quite small and limited. The lighting next to the restaurant was also very dim and could use better illumination. As for the food, to be honest, it could be improved. I ordered Tom Yum, but it only came with two prawns, and the soup had an overly strong sour taste. I also ordered the seafood laksa, but there was very little seafood in it,mostly tofu instead. Hopefully, the portioning can be improved in the future. The dessert, however, was not bad.||

This is a truly exceptional property. We stayed in a villa and it was superb. Every detail was 5 star. The hotel goes above and beyond to personalize your service: all the staff know you by name, know your preferences, and do everything in their power to make you happy. We have stayed in many 5 star properties around the world and the service and amenities in this small hotel would rival any of them. You can't go wrong staying here. Finally, it's a great location to explore Ubud itself! On the main road, near all the cafes and restaurants and shops, but tucked away in silence. We'll be back one day!

Went on a trip with my partner here, and this was in every aspect a 5-star experience. The staff are amazing and super friendly! The dining and breakfast are delicious. Also, it’s within walking distance of some fun shops, bars, and most importantly, the monkey forest. Could not recommend this enough.

We had a large lovely suite in a quiet garden setting that opened right into one of Ubud's central streets. The best part of our stay, though, was the service. There were two or three members of the front desk staff, and one server in the dining room, Mang Aya, whose courtesy, service and warmth made it a pleasure to arrive each day.

The staff over here is really good, and the service is amazing. However, the property is not the best. It was raining over here and the place outside our room. Had a small swimming pool already available for us. Basically, there was water aggregation outside our room The team was very helpful in making our stay comfortable. However, there was a lot of noise also outside our room which was told to us on the first day. However, on the second day, we were expecting the team to change the room, but it did not happen.

My daughter and I stayed here for four nights. Located in the heart of Ubud, it’s perfectly placed so that you can walk to pretty much anywhere you need to go. The room was very nice and well equipped. My only suggestion would be better lighting in the bathroom.
