Komboloi Museum

Neat little museum with ancient komboloi and prayer beads. Fun to learn a bit of history from friendly staff and the shop has nice and unique souvenirs. Would recommend for a quick diversion while exploring Nafplio.

I have no words to describe the experience that I lived in this place. Visiting for the first time I got mesmerized by music, atmosphere, smell and history of tradition of this magnificent place. The kind lady there who helped us, is truly a teacher of art, Greek language, a time traveler that takes you along at this trip. I was totally fascinated with the small details like their own perfume that they use on kompoloi and mpegleri, that brings to mind Greece in a poetic way. Definitely a store that serves tradition with respect, knowledge and makes your shopping an incredible experience. Thank you for making our day so special!!! You truly deserve all 5 stars and more!

Delightful little spot! The museum is small, but it's cheap and a fun way to spend some time. The shop itself is great, with tons of beautiful komboloi.

Loved this wee shop, it has a beautiful vibe. A lovely staff member helped me choose some prayer beads made by local monks, what an honour to be able to wear these. She gave us lots of information on the beads and history, fascinating. I also purchased some homemade amber perfume
