The best restaurant on the island I tried, bar none. The staff here are super friendly, the portion sizes are generous, and the food... The food is top notch and would stand out in any major metro. Second visit we say at the chef's table and had quite the experience. Started with the escargot, perfectly cooked then moved into shrimp tempura and tuna nachos. The tempura cook showcased the shrimp beautifully. For my main, had the tamarind tuna collar. Kudos to the grill for executing the collar so expertly, it was perfectly done. Group also had the steak which was also perfect execution which is a tall order when presenting to Texans that are particular about how their protein is cooked. The Vietnamese coffee ice cream is a don't miss here for dessert. Definitely will come back next time I'm on the island.
