Kome

We loved Kome so much that we went three times on our vacation. We reserved a table and loved sitting upstairs with a view of the restaurant from above. It’s very lively with a cool vibe. They were so kind to let us sit at the chefs counter when we didn’t have a reservation one evening. Everyone that works there is so friendly and attentive, which shows they truly care about your experience. We were lucky enough to have Bas taking care of us for two of the nights. He is wonderful at what he does, as well as the chefs and bartenders. The dishes are out of this world delicious with quality ingredients and unique flavors. And we can’t forget about the cocktails! They also have house made limocello. We never felt rushed to leave, even when it was closing time. Thank you and we hope to be back!

Had a wonderful experience today at Kome. We are vacationing and had the opportunity to enjoy Kome's Saturday brunch. The food was spectacular. I had the Smoked Brisket Hash and my wife had the Chicken and Waffles. The hash, wow is all I can say. So flavorful and savory. The chicken and waffles were perfect with the moist chicken and awesome waffles. It had a spice sauce and some syrup to choose from. The spicy sauce they should bottle it up. I had an old fashioned and my wife enjoyed a cocktail and a bloody mary. We both had dessert as well, a fourless chocolate cake and a croissant bread pudding. The desserts were crazy good. Service was awesome. Everyone we talked with was so nice and welcoming. Can't say enough good things about Kome. Highly recommend!

The best restaurant on the island I tried, bar none. The staff here are super friendly, the portion sizes are generous, and the food... The food is top notch and would stand out in any major metro. Second visit we say at the chef's table and had quite the experience. Started with the escargot, perfectly cooked then moved into shrimp tempura and tuna nachos. The tempura cook showcased the shrimp beautifully. For my main, had the tamarind tuna collar. Kudos to the grill for executing the collar so expertly, it was perfectly done. Group also had the steak which was also perfect execution which is a tall order when presenting to Texans that are particular about how their protein is cooked. The Vietnamese coffee ice cream is a don't miss here for dessert. Definitely will come back next time I'm on the island.

Great service and great food! The chicken and waffle was the star of the night, as well as all the desserts! Both gentlement that helped us were very friendly, polite and funny! (Beware a lot of mosquitoes in the outside terrace)

Great time to be had here. Great food, great staff. Visited twice during my vacay on the wonderful island. Wednesday tapas night is darn good too. You can book reservations online too, which makes things easier. Have WhatsApp and the manager will remind you of the reservation. Recommend to all! Did I mention their kids menu is great too?! An AWESOME mural on the wall sets the vibe for the hall.

Came here for my hubby's bday. This was our first time in Curacao and many people recommended Kome. The Ceasars Salas, steak and beef a short ribs were really good. The calamari had no seasoning in the batter but the sauce that came with it was good. They get 4 stars bc the service was non existent. Our waiter never checked on us and took forever to come and get our main course order. I actually start asking another waiter for help (black guy) and he was really helpful.

We ate at Kome 2 night in our 4 nights at Curacao and we’re so happy. The thai chicken, the shrimp salad, the brisket and the pretzel caramel dessert are absolutely delicious. The service was very good, attentive and friendly. I would recommend to everyone staying at the Island and who loves food and good service. We’ll definitely be coming back!
