Tonight was our fourth time to dine at Kome over the past three years of annual visits to Curaçao—and second visit this week! This was our first time to dine on “Tapas Night” (Wednesday’s). The tapas menu features small plates from the regular daily menu, so it’s a great chance to try multiple dishes. We had Brussel Sprouts, Thai Chicken Thighs, Dumplings, and Pork Belly Sliders—all excellent! Our favorite was the Brussel Sprouts (which are awesome, even if you think you don’t like Brussel Sprouts—these will change your mind!). Our server was Kelly, who was excellent! Very engaging, knowledgeable and attentive. Luke, the floor manager and our server from earlier this week, Bas, both stopped by to say hello, which was thoughtful. All in all, if someone visiting Curaçao for the first time were to ask us for a dining recommendation, we’d point them to Kome as our first choice. It’s a clear winner!
