Great store. Reasonable prices. Most important they let me try on earrings to decide. In Osaka store they rejected to cooperate. Ask Omura sales manager - he was very helpfull.

Staff doesn’t speak English exceptionally well but they’re very nice and patient in explaining everything even when they have to use translating apps (I was served by Matsui who was very kind). One thing to note for international travellers, they have not yet accepted debit cards, they only accept credit cards and cash. So be prepared!

Never expect to buy new diamond earrings in a 2nd hand shop but I bought them in KomeHyo shinjuku! Fantastic shopping! Four floors of amazing products. There's a smaller one attached on the left hand side that is for men. Everything was like new and close to 50% off retail price when you check. We have been here three times on our trip to Tokyo. Thank you, we will be back.
