Staff doesn’t speak English exceptionally well but they’re very nice and patient in explaining everything even when they have to use translating apps (I was served by Matsui who was very kind). One thing to note for international travellers, they have not yet accepted debit cards, they only accept credit cards and cash. So be prepared!

Fantastic shopping! Four floors of amazing products. There's a smaller one attached on the left hand side that is for men. Everything was like new and close to 50% off retail price when you check. We have been here three times on our trip to Tokyo. Thank you, we will be back.
