Kon-Ya Sushi, Neu-Ulm

We are visiting this place since 2010, and we already left Ulm since 10 years :-) but we still like to go there. Great Heyayako, and great Miso suop! Very polite and commited staff, offering great atmosphere and food.

The staff is very welcoming, I enjoyed coming to eat is this restaurant, the Sushi and the salad is really good same for the tea. Then for the Price is really cheap for the good menu. I recommend.

The service was good and the staff were friendly. However very average Sushi quality. We won't come here again..

1st time visit to this restaurant. We had a sushi set for two for dinner (30€), as well as a miso soup and a green tea. The tea was for sure not Japanese green tea, as we could read from the tag attached on the tea bag. The presentation of the food was not that nice and we felt that the portion was rather small for two adults. As we are regular sushi eaters, we also suspected that the rice used was not sushi rice as the texture was very different to ordinary ones (- looks more like long grain rice and was very dry). The sashimi on top were not particular fresh neither. The place felt more like a Japanese restaurant for Westerners. Overall, disappointed.
