Disappointing and impersonal – would not recommend.
Check-in is only online, with no physical contact or human presence – no one to welcome you, give advice, or assist if you need help. The room was dusty and lacked all basic comforts: no fridge, no water, no courtesy kit, and not even a wardrobe to hang your clothes.
The only nice thing was the bathroom, featuring a modern transparent shower – visually appealing, but not enough to make up for the rest.
Overall, a cold and neglected experience. I wouldn’t suggest it for family or kids.
