Kongress Hotel Davos

What an amazing hotel crew! We were here for the second time now - again, the service and hospitality were more than amazing. They also have great offers for families, we booked two adjacent rooms with door in between. The offer was super competitive and exactly what a family needs - even if the name of the hotel suggests a business focus. Supermarket across the street is also a big plus for families… The location of the hotel is ideal, one can basically reach most of Davos in maximum 10-15 minutes walk. In addition the bus stop is practically in front of the door.

The hotel is Very clean, has excellent staff, a very comfortable room, and a wonderful breakfast. A very good staying in Davos.

Great hotel, friendly professional service and best place to stay, especially if you have an event in the city! We had Davos Communications Summit in the Congress Center and were very happy to stay in the hotel and to see the very high professionalism if the team!

Guests be aware when booking with this hotel. Their availability is not accurate, and I was ripped off at the last minute. I booked a room for Davos with this hotel in advance, I received a booking confirmation email and code. I later received a stuffy email a week before Davos saying I cannot stay there anymore because I do not have the right pass. It did not say anywhere on the booking confirmation page about needing a pass. I now have to find last minute accommodation because of their poor bookings management. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. Would not run the risk of getting rugged with these guys. 1 star

Had a wonderful stay here in March. The hotel is a little 80's but is very clean, has a lovely breakfast and most of all the staff are really welcoming and could not have been more helpful. A fantastic gentleman behind reception gave us local plug attachments for our UK electronics, told us the snow report, where to ski, where to eat and was a real host. They also have a young lady from Greece who was fantastic and could not have been nicer or more helpful.||What a great team at this hotel !!!

The staff were really friendly. I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was EXCELLENT. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a couple of meals in the hotel restaurant. The food was very good and I was well looked after by the waiters. This is a very convenient hotel for the Kongress Centre - less than 2 minutes walk away.

We stayed two nights |Positives: front reception staff, were cheery, friendly and provide great service. |Said to say that’s it for positives and it’s the only reason I gave 2 stars. |The room is large with a balcony, no tea/coffee items, you can ask for a kettle at reception if you don’t return it you’ll be charged for it. |Beds are really small like a child’s bed, the pillow yes one only wafer thin sad excuse. |The shower flooded the bathroom floor even with the dodgy shower screen. |The restaurant worst service I have ever encountered in my life, rude, passive aggressive, untrained staff who created an atmosphere of stress. |Food was below average, bland, no pride taken in cooking or serving of it. |Had to ask numerous times for a drink as it never came. |I could go on but it may be considered a bashing. |I would never stay here again and I would not recommend it to others, there are much better places for the same price. |

i wont recommend this hotel. there are other hotel nearby with same price range and probably much comfort. they should improve their service quality and start with smile. reception should be happy someone is checking-in. i just feel bad hospitality vibes here
