Tacos, but make them wild, bold, and unforgettable.
Kong’s Hot Tacos at STACKT Market is a food truck serving up some of the most creative fusion tacos in the city — and every bite delivers.
We kicked things off with the General Tso Chicken Taco: crispy sweet-and-sour chicken, sesame slaw, green chutney, and chili oil all wrapped in a pillowy flour tortilla. Sweet, tangy, and just enough heat to keep it interesting.
The Bulgogi King Ribeye Taco was the kind of taco that rewrites your expectations: tender ribeye, fried kimchi, red pepper aioli, fresh greens, and a crunch of crispy onions. Balanced, indulgent, and no surprise it's award-winning!
Then came the Charr’d Mala BBQ Pork Taco, where sweet char siu meets the tingly heat of mala sauce. With creamy aioli, slaw, herbs, and shallots, it was bold, layered, and straight-up addictive.
The Cheesy Wonder Corn? Think smoky, creamy, crunchy street food magic — charred corn, umami aioli, sweet soy, onions and herbs. It’s the side dish that stole the spotlight (well, almost).
We finished with the Miso Churro Sundae — warm cinnamon churros, cold vanilla ice cream, rich miso caramel, and a fun little crunch of masago. Unexpected, but totally worked.
