really liked it. I have something to compare it to. The view of Neuschwanstein Castle is gorgeous. The pools have different salt percentages, you need to book them for 4 hours. I didn't go to the sauna because I already know everything there 🤽‍♂️We'll definitely be back. The bar has excellent cocktails.

Fantastic wellness center, a little dated inside but very clean and loads of choices re sauna and pools. it dropped a star as the dining section on the upper floor isn't segregated from people passing through in various states of dress and undress it's not a big problem but I've seen it done better elsewhere. Would definitely go back 👍

Great pick for saunas and thermal baths. It’s a huge complex with many pools (different brine solutions, bicarbonate baths) and many sauna varieties (different temperature, herbal infusions ). Highlight was sauna master Madeline’s session which she made very enjoyable for everyone Overall staff is also very helpful and ensures everyone’s comfort. Must visit if you want to relax after a long hike or skii session in winters

Kristall-Therme in Schwangau is the perfect place to relax in any weather and for everyone. With breathtaking views of the mountains and Neuschwanstein Castle, along with excellent thermal pools and saunas, it’s a must-visit for a rejuvenating experience!

Lovely thermal spa with amazing views. Plenty to do, lots of little hot pools and also outdoor pools. They also have a pool bar and lovely traditional restaurant inside. We had very relaxing time.

Probably the best thermal bad I have visited. For sure the best I know in Germany. Multiple saunas with different temperatures and the whole show with the pouring. The aroma sauna was wonderful. Coffee shops, restaurants, salty and regular pools (not for swimming), whirlpools and more. Incredible views and facilities. Probably even better in Sommer but it was great!

It is rare for me to give a 5 star rating. Good things: -Amazing thermal spa treatments, there is a daily list of therapies to follow every half hour. They are all included in the initial fee for getting in (25 euro for 4 hours, slightly more for the full day). We thought 4 hours would be too much however it turned out time flew quicker than expected and would have been better taking the daily ticket instead -all therapies are different and offer their own experience, utilizing different methods and scents. All you have to do is follow the schedule to the dedicated room. There are several areas to the spa, it'll take you a long time to discover and understand it all (that's why it's much better to get a daily ticket) -There is a restaurant on the inside -a bar to drink from inside the pool (alcoholic and non) on stools inside the water -A cafeteria with a large variety of cakes to choose from -All decorations within the spa are incredible, starting from some of the columns covered with crystals, others made of pink, white marble. Chandeliers of fine glass work with beautiful blue colored gems, fantastic work on the staircase leading to the topper floors made of thick veiny marble. Beautiful paintings around, I was studying some for sometime. Innovative ideas for therapies in the saunas, using crystals of eucalyptus and menthol directly on the hot stones, freeing up your upper respiratory system. Salt scrubs and mud baths. Pools are available outside too and they are warm so you can relax and bathe even during the winter while snow is falling atop your head. All sauna rooms and Turkish baths are kept tidy, sanitized and clean, with beautiful decorations on the inside (they are named after the king Ludwig II and other important personalities of the time, so you'll find portraits of Cavaliers and coat of arms). -Customer service is excellent, smiling at all times and dressed impeccably -Such views from every spot that will take your breath away, there is a "panorama sauna" that offers enough space for up to 30 people if not more and a panorama over the Alps and the Neuschwanstein castle. -On the upper level you'll find another restaurant and on the terrace you'll find seating within glass vaults to enjoy the view even during super cold periods (and you're naked in there so how awesome is that?) Bad and So so things: -Upper levels are dedicated to naked people, for the ones that have problems with that and have a different mentality you'll be losing around 70% worth of your ticket fee. The best is located at the top of the complex so overcome your fears and just go. -DO CARRY YOUR TOWEL if you don't have one you'll have to borrow one from the spa and it's 3 euros per towel and a deposit of 10 euros per towel. Plan ahead of time to avoid this. -It's a very family oriented place so you'll find many kids playing around at the first level mainly. This might be annoying at some times for someone. Conclusion: This place is fantastic. I'd recommend it over and over again. The price per day is a bargain and you'll benefit a rejuvenation with a great piece of mind.

Incredible experience 🌟 I went with 2 friends and we had a relaxing and pleasant afternoon. It's kind of epic, in my opinion. It seems like you are going back in time and entering a Greek-Roman temple 🕍 There are beautiful classical paintings across all the walls, marble-carved sculptures, and a lot of naked people. It's definitely a go-to after a trip to Neuschwanstein castle 🏰 😊

Heaven! Plunge and relax. Multiple temp saunas, cold dips, crystal relaxation room, multiple pools with various salt content indoor and outdoor. Good restaurant on 2nd floor with views to castles, mountains and fields of green. Family friendly. Heads up for fellow US citizens, with kids : it's nudity friendly for old and young and everyone is civilized and autonomous about it. I know it's not for all families. They have a massages but it's the equivalent of a oily rub down. Nothing Therapeutic, rather relaxing. Perfect for the daily get away or after a good work out day

Can not get better than this! Best swim up bar, best bartenders, wonderful experience both times I have been there! I can't wait to go back!!!!

A few years ago, we discovered the fabulous therme in Erding, which led to a new hobby - seeking out the elaborate thermal spas of Germany. Turns out there are LOTS of them. We showed up on a Friday night and the place was pretty crowded, (with a strong leaning toward the 'older crowd' 70+ set) but we finally found a couple chaise lounges to call home base. As to decor, I couldn't help but think of those children's parks built around mother goose rhymes with the intention of emulating Disney's Fantasyland but missing the mark in the first place; looking REALLY dated in the last place. The decorations were overtly tacky, ranging from huge faux chandeliers to crystal laden, sparkly mermaids. There were several pools of various temperatures, but only a couple were warm enough for us softies who really prefer WARM thermal baths. And they all felt a bit crowded even when only a few people were present. The themed saunas we looking dated as well. Experts say the aufguss program is very good here - I don't have enough experience to qualify that statement, but again, the saunas seemed small and crowded compared to other places we've visited. Had we come here before visiting several other spas in Germany it's quite possible we would have felt differently, and the place was adequately clean, but all said, neither of us could imagine a single reason why we would return in the future, knowing there are at least three other amazing spas within a two hour drive. Glad we tried it; happy we don't have to go back! Be aware: Sauna area is always "textile frei" - on Friday nights, that extends to the whole place!

Awesome day at this picturesque spa!!!! Be prepared for Bavarian kitch combined with a great variety of pools indoor and out. All set into the beautiful Allgau landscape with King Ludwigs Neuschwanstein castle in the background Everything is super clean and well maintained, we had lunch on the main floor and prices were extremely reasonable . Upstairs there is a sauna area and you'll see nude folk wandering around amongst regular spa visitors. It's a bit odd as there is a second restaurant area up there as well. Personally I prefer my salad without sausage on the side walking by... But that's just me The large crystal grotto upstairs can be visited as an add on for 2 euros and it's worth it. Impressive display of backlit crystals are set in the walls and as a slide show plays on a large screen the colors change to match the images. It's pretty relaxing some people fall asleep. Overall well worth the entry fee. I'd come back for sure

Unfortunately Not really recommendable. Small pools and Water feels Cold Mostly because The Room itself is Not enough heated. Poolbar is good but premixed drinks Not nice especially if u are allergic. Price is ok and View to Mountains and scenery breathtaking. All in all i rather Visit The SPA Bath in Bad Wörishofen.

Sooooo wonderful. I brought my 5 year old, he was entertained and I was relaxed. Doesn't get much better than that! Recommend to bring own towels- they require a id left to secure your rental!
