What a gorgeous, old ,but extremely clean ,family friendly top of the world hotel.|Breakfast was simple and plentiful , lots of home made foods jams , Greek bakes. The views were awesome looking down onto the town , lovely balconies and plenty of safe parking. The hotel was very warm , not draftee at all , very well insulated and put together by master craftsman. It was a joy to sit in the lounge areas and just chill . |Its not really walking distance to the main town centre which is very quaint .full of restaurants tavernas coffee shops and great views to even lower forests and rivers . Will definitely go again if in the area. No lunch or dinner is served but there is a bar and perhaps they may make you a sandwich. We stayed here when we drove down to the stone arch Beautiful bridge Aos in the series of Ayios Paisios and walked to the monastery of Mary|it has 3 converging rivers and not too far from the Albanian borders a must see and must do the walk from the bridge to the monastery about 3 hours each way not suitable for small children

Nice and clean rooms, excellent breakfast with splendid view from balcony. To go into town a car is recommended. We would come back anytime, even just for the breathtaking view into Konitsa plains.

Check in & check out was efficient. beautiful Mountain View from room balcony. Room & bathroom is very spacious. Queen size Bed. Provided green tea, hand wash, shampoo & body wash, slippers. Bottle of water could be provided or could be given options to buy from mini bar. Mini bar was empty. Complementary Breakfast was good. We visited in May - there was No lunch and dinner in the restaurant, need to drive to town for lunch & dinner. Parking is on the property.

Coming from a few days of high altitude trekking, Konitsa Mountain hotel on top of the town was the perfect transition to the urban life. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking the town of Konitsa from the top. Wooden carved ceiling and parquet flooring, bathtub in the toilet, comfortable beds, coffee in the cupboard and bottled water in the fridge were a bonus courtesy. I especially liked the delicious dinner with pork roll and the wonderful buffet breakfast with so many fresh choices, meat and egg alternatives, homemade jams, tyro pita, desserts and you name it. The special care and dedication of the owner's mother made the meals feel like home. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our visit. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff just so friendly. It is not far from the main town of Konitsa, but a steep road down and a long trek back, so a car is essential. The breakfast superb. Loved their homemade yoghurt and house honey. Konitsa itself may not have the charm of some of the more famous Zagoria villages, but it is a lively and bustling town full of energy that is well worth a visit. It also has an excellent Greek cuisine restaurant, Toris, that serves good food at fair prices. Well worth a stop in Konitsa and no better place to stay than the Konitsa Mountain Hotel

5 stars for every single thing on this hotel! We absolutely loved staying there and enjoying their hospitality. They’re a family ran business and we enjoyed their breakfast so much! I can’t even say anything wrong about them. The view was the highlight, absolute perfection ❤️
