Good resort. Rooms are clean and the atmosphere is chill. Want to visit again.

The resort is good. But I have a bad experiences, the hospitality they provide in the ball room (during dinner I have to wait for at least half an hour for a glass and spoon), room service was not good too ( no drinking water inside the room, room temperature was above 28 degree which we felt suffocating when we enter), cafeteria hospitality was bad too, staff are not good at their service.

The rooms are decent but not exceptional. The elevators are consistently packed, but they move efficiently. It's advisable to be mindful of your surroundings due to the high volume of people.

We went on a family trip to konjiam resort on Tuesday and stayed for 1 night. ||||Pro:||1. very spacious and well maintained room (L building)||2. Great option of restaurants and facilities, including outdooor movie theatre, flower park, bowling alley etc.||3. Quite close to seoul (40min by car)||||Con:||1. Many facilities but at additional charge and unavailable during weekday||2. No viable public transport from seoul||3. Need to clean up room at check-out

Convenient location to visit Hwadam forest. But unfortunately that’s about it. Most of the guests here are LG employees and they roam around thinking that they own the place. Additional fees to use swimming pools is definitely a turn-off and pool amenities are very limited. Food services are disgusting and few of them serve frozen food so be aware. Not much of stuff to do in the resort. Most of restaurant and pool is closed on Mondays. Service is terrible. Most of the staffs have pissy attitude. Most likely this will be my last time to stay.

Like this hotel much as it having many nice restaurants over there. Also having Spa, Ron15,000 per head, Swimming Pool (indoor), Ski Area, Supermarket, Table Tennis, BBQ area and Kids playground indoor extra. It will great if having vegetarian restaurants over there in future. The ski area is perfect and the facilities also ok not old and the room very nice as big but the kitchen not allow to cooking then not good otherwise will suit for vegetarian. Hope the hotel could improve it. Anyway, highly recommend to there and easy to go.

Absolutely a must try! Everything you need is here from rentals, to lodging, and restaurants on site. The staff of course are very friendly and accommodating, yes they speak English too. There's also a town nearby if you want to maybe stay the night and spend less or just escape the crowds. We had a six hour lift ticket and were able to run down the slopes 4 to 5 times, so I that was just ok. Definitely would suggest visiting during the weekday if possible. Some friends of ours went the previous week and basically ran the slopes as much as they wanted. It was just about 75 km from Camp Humphreys.

I visited the resort for business reasons and found it more adapted for a vacation than for business meetings. Breakfasts are very good, there is a wide variety of choice - Eastern and Western style. The Italian restaurant is not to be recommended though, better stick to local cuisine. The rooms are big and fully equipped and you’ll get access to everything you need, just don’t expect personalized services or English speaking staff. Most signs or info there are in Korean only.
