Every dish will be delicious, truly satisfying your hunger and satisfying your expectations. It's a very pleasant place, worth visiting if you're in the area. This is the kind of experience you're looking for when you want to experience local cuisine.

It’s a good idea to call ahead and reserve a table before you arrive. The food is excellent! The menu isn’t very large, but I honestly think you can’t go wrong with anything you choose. I was especially impressed by their sausages – absolutely delicious! All the dishes are mildly seasoned, which makes the flavors just perfect. The only big downside is that they don’t accept card payments, so make sure to bring cash.

Konoba Dolina is a hidden treasure for anyone who appreciates honest, traditional food made with love. Set in a peaceful, rustic location, it’s the perfect place to escape the crowds and enjoy the heart of Istrian hospitality. The menu is based on seasonal, local ingredients. Everything tastes fresh and homemade, just like grandma used to make. The staff are incredibly welcoming, you really feel like a guest, not just a customer. At the end of the meal they will offer you some local digestif, such as teranino or home made rakija travarica (great one!). The setting is cozy and down-to-earth, with beautiful countryside views. If you're looking for a real, down-to-earth Istrian konoba with soul, Dolina is absolutely worth the trip.

Amazing lunch! Perfect setting and delicious food and wine. Pasta with truffles, ravioli with pork and a great minestrone soup (more like a lentil soup).

Great experience! Food was fantastic, the staff full of understanding and patience for kiddo. Local cat was nearby chilling and adding to the atmosphere of authentic local setting. Couldn’t have been a nicer day.

We had a very disappointing experience, mainly because of the staff. It wasn’t our first time here, but it will definitely be the last. The manager, Mirjana, was clearly in a bad mood and very unwelcoming. The food was also below expectations. The beef soup was slightly sour, a sign it wasn’t fresh. The much-praised grilled Caesar’s mushroom came drowned in very bitter homemade olive oil, which completely ruined the flavor. When I mentioned this politely, the manager reacted harshly, became defensive, and created a very unpleasant scene. After that, she avoided our table altogether and treated us with clear disdain. The fuži with truffles were excellent, but the overall experience was ruined by the atmosphere. At one point, six cyclists arrived and, despite there being space, were turned away because they didn’t have a reservation. By the time a waiter tried to call them back, they were already gone. We also left in a hurry because the whole situation was so uncomfortable. Such a pity — this used to be a tavern with soul and great food, but sadly, those days are gone.

A real family-run business with delicious and autentic Istrian food, atmosphere, top service and pleasant house wine. I really recommend it! 👍
