We returned this year and had a great meal. We forgot we had a good time last year. Everything we ordered was great tasting and the food arrived very quickly.
Žrnovski makaruni are some of the best if not the best we've had on the island. The portion was very generous, pasta cooked al dente, the sauce was very well made, savory, you could really taste the onions. Fillet mignon was thick, tender piece of meat that was grilled to perfection.
You also get "pogačice" and home-made dessert wine at no charge, a nice gesture.
The waiter Marko was attentful and tastefully funny making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
It was a very hot day and the clay shingles that are providing a shade make it even hotter as they accumulate heat from the sun despite the 6 ceiling fans (perhaps some insulation would cut down the radiation heat).
