Without a doubt, this is one of the best steaks I have ever enjoyed—especially when paired with truffles. The restaurant offers a rare and exquisite combination of wet-aged Black Angus with Australian Wagyu for their Filet Mignon that is truly exceptional. The selection of steaks changes regularly, and we were lucky with the timing of our visit to experience this unique pairing. We shared the appetizer of truffle “Belukance” and sheep cheese, which was so flavorful that we were almost full afterward; just be sure to stir it first to activate the truffles with the rich sauce fat. The service was incredibly professional, friendly, and prompt, with staff fluent in German, English, Italian, and Croatian. We even met some Swiss diners who were visiting for the fifth consecutive time. This is my absolute top recommendation—so far, the best truffle dining experience in the Umag area!
