We ate here today. Normally, I don’t write reviews (but this time I felt morally obligated). The food itself isn’t bad, but unfortunately it came with a Vegeta overdose. The truffle pasta and the sauce from pork medallions had so much of it that I’m convinced the chef is sponsored. It’s a pity, because any natural flavor was drowned under that salty MSG.
Dear chef, if you’re reading this: please retire the Vegeta. It’s not healthy, and anyone who knows good food can tell you’re cheating. You don’t need to add “instant magic” to real cooking. Let the ingredients do their thing. Otherwise, at least be honest and list all the “ingredients” on the menu.
