During my visit to Istanbul, I had the pleasure of dining at Konyalı Ferdi Usta Ortaköy, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The staff were extremely professional, kind, and fully transparent about pricing, which made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The food was authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious — some of the best Turkish cuisine I’ve ever tasted. I would like to give a special thanks to Levent Bey for his outstanding service and warm hospitality. This restaurant perfectly reflects the famous Turkish hospitality. Hello, I have been following the master for a long time. As soon as I came to Istanbul, I immediately ran to visit Erdi Usta. The food is very good, we tried the lamb meat and it was incredibly delicious. We asked for the meat bread, it was also very delicious. The view is incredible, the sea, the bridge, the mosque, everything is underfoot. The staff are very friendly, very interested and attentive, I hope our taste doesn't change. Beautiful place, very tasty and meticulous food, recommended for lovers of long-cooked lamb, quality and tender meat, rich and high-quality menu, very clean place, high-quality meat, reasonable prices, fair value, overlooking the Ortakoy Mosque and the Bosphorus I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant, highly recommend

We went there as I had seen a short video of this chef cooking this amazing lamb and wow, we were not disappointed ! We started with some hummus, spiced yoghurt stuffed vine leaves and they added for free a barley dip and a pimento salsa which were all fantastic and as a main, we shared lamb ribs which must have been cooked for hours and it just slid off the bones. Taste was perfect and so soft. The service was super and the price was very fair. Highly recommended !

After 5 days in Istanbul we ate dinner here 2 nights in a row and it was amazing. Ask to be seated on the 5th floor for an amazing view! Mixed kebab for 2 people was delicious, not oily and meat fell off the bone!
