Kora Nivaria Beach

Our stay was perfect! We started with two nights and just had to come back for another two to end our vacation on the best note :) The hotel is located on a stunning stretch of beach that feels almost private. The view from the rooms is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are large and spacious, equipped with everything you need for cooking. The hotel and rooms are spotless, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. The staff was also amazing and responded to all our requests. In short — we had an incredible experience!

I came here on vacation with my sister, and this is literally the best place we’ve ever stayed! The room is amazing. Clean, bright, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We couldn’t find a single flaw. Our room had a sea view, just as described, and it was absolutely stunning. The staff really impressed us. Such kind, pleasant, and polite people who are always ready to help ❤️. I especially loved the Magma Lounge, the atmosphere was so cozy, the drinks were delicious, and we went there every evening to listen to live music and play chess. I also really liked the location. There are lots of small restaurants nearby, the beach is very close, there’s a grocery store also nearby, and the sea views are just breathtaking. I’ll be more than happy to come back here again for my next vacation!

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The entire property is spotless – the rooms, the grounds, and the pool areas are all impeccably clean. It’s clear that attention to detail and guest comfort are top priorities here. The facilities are excellent: two beautiful swimming pools (one perfect for relaxing, the other great for families), a well-equipped gym, a lovely play area for children, and convenient parking. Everyone, regardless of age, can find something enjoyable here. Overall, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend Kora Nivaria to anyone looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service on Tenerife! 🌺

We stayed at Kora Nivaria Beach, and it was an absolute gem! Such a beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed complex — spacious territory, stylish decor, spotless cleanliness, and total peace. The atmosphere is exactly what you need to disconnect from the rush of everyday life. The pools overlooking the ocean are simply stunning, especially at sunset 🌅 A special mention to the staff — always smiling, kind, and attentive. They even surprised me with a lovely birthday gift — a small gesture that made my day and showed how much they care 💛 The perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the calm side of Tenerife. Definitely coming back!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Kora Nivaria Beach We stayed at Kora Nivaria Beach for 11 nights and everything exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding, with every member of the team being friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The place itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and perfectly designed for relaxation. We stayed in one of the Infinity Apartments and they are definitely worth it. The views are absolutely breathtaking and waking up to the sea every morning was just magical. The whole atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, yet the location is ideal ,close enough to drive easily to all the main tourist areas, but far enough from the busy spots to truly unwind and recharge. We especially loved the morning yoga, meditation, and Tai Chi classes, both teachers were amazing. Practicing with the sea in front of you, the sun on your face, and the gentle breeze is an experience I will never forget. During our stay we had a couple of small issues, but the staff handled everything promptly and efficiently. The post-stay service also really impressed us. We accidentally left an item behind, and they have a great system where they send you a picture to confirm it’s yours and even help arrange transport to return it. We left feeling completely relaxed, happy, and grateful for such a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend Kora Nivaria Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful getaway.

We came here as a family of 4 for one week October 2025. This place lived up to all our expectations… we had a 2 bedroom apartment with the sea view .. it was so worth paying for the view. The apartment was gorgeous, had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. We went to yoga/pilates which is free each morning. We also used the compact gym. Magna lounge so cool. The whole complex is just stunning. We can’t wait to come back. Definitely a well deserved 5 star rating for the venue, the sea views, the staff .. the gorgeous breakfast which we collected each morning. Just loved it all

We had a wonderful stay! The apartments are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing – all homemade and prepared with great care. You can even buy delicious jams and other treats to take home. Overall, a lovely atmosphere – we’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!

We stayed here for 5 nights, myself and my girlfriend…wish we booked for longer! The whole estate is very modern and has all the facilities you could possibly need. The rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. And the staff were extremely helpful whenever we had any questions! The cats wondering about were very cute and friendly. One managed to sneak in to our cold floor tiles to cool off! Thank you very much! :)
