Overall it was decent, nothing I'd go out of my way to visit though. I liked that the food was prepared "fresh" after I ordered and the wait wasn't long.
We ordered japchae ($11), tteokbokki ($8), KFC ($8), and mandu ($6). Price to food proportions could improve.
In the japchae, I would've liked more noodles and meat and less cabbage and rice. Also cabbage needed to be cooked more. And was super greasy.
Also, oodles of Styrofoam take out containers. Maybe look into paper ones?

I love you Korean Bowl. Like the type of love where I might cry a little if you ever went away from the Twin Cities dining scene.
I ordered a ton of food Xmas Eve via food delivery app - kimbap, sweet & sour chicken, stir fried pork, and stir fried squid.
Each entree came with its own separate container of rice (generous!) and its own side of banchans. Definitely a good size portion. Korean Bowl takes care of the little details that make a difference - I notice their takeout containers have 2 small cutouts on the side to allow for venting - super clever! The main dishes sit in tin foil to keep sauce/oil from potentially spilling into the banchans. I especially appreciate that the sweet & sour chicken was kept dry/crispy and sauce came separately. The little touches do matter and go a long way.
But let’s talk about their piece de resistance - the stir fried pork is OUTSTANDING. I don’t know the last time I’ve had Korean stir fried pork this good. I literally took one bite and decided “I’m a customer for life” based on this dish alone. And at a price point of $11 for a set meal, it’s outrageous.
The sweet sour chicken is its own deliciousness as well. None of the mediocre red sweet sour sauce - oh no - this takes sweet sour to the next level for the better. You actually get chunks of pineapple, onions, red peppers, black fungus in the sauce. Real quality!
My only lament is the squid....too rubbery and bland for my liking. It fails to shine when compared to the pork and chicken.
I enjoyed the pork so much I couldn’t even touch kimbap - which is my #1 fav Korean food item. So that says a lot right there.
In summary, order the pork. You won’t regret it!!

Overpriced for such small portion. Ordered a bulgogi and the meat portion was literally two bites. Does not even taste as good as other Korean restaurants around the campus. The wings do not taste fresh at all.

Was not informed food would be in to-go style and ordered hot stone bibimbap. I could’ve saved a few buck by ordering the regular bibimbap.
Bibimbap ingredients were all my favorite, but the sauce ruined the dish. The sauce was watery and made the soft rice mushy. Picked around rice and ate the veggies.
Pork tonkatsu was good. Like the sauce and loved the side dishes. I would go back for the side dishes.

I don’t usually give a feed back but I feel like I should. Overpriced for such small portion. This is my first time ordering from them but I have really terrible experience. I order delivery and they sent me burnt kimchi pancake. My whole house smells of burnt and I really don’t like it. I give 1 star because the bibimbap taste okay. They didn’t give me any side dishes. Very disappointed Will never order again
Edit: actually the rice tastes weird

Wow! Kinda envious of the students near this place. If the rest of the menu is as good as the first couple of dishes I've tried, this is a very promising place.

I’ve been here a lot already, and I’ve tried the bulgogi, tonkatsu, and jjampong. Everything was fresh and always comes out under 15 min. The bulgogi has a nice sweet flavor, the tonkatsu is extremely crispy and savory with the sauce, and the Jampong is perfect for a cold weather day as the broth is rich. Overall great experience and great service to boot.
