"Discover Korean Cuisine in Patronato The entrance is rather unassuming, with Korean characters and an English sign as an afterthought. Located in the heart of Patronato, now Chile 's "Koreatown," Sukine is all about authentic Korean fare. Order their signature bibimbap, barbecue, or the glass noodles and seafood omelette. The place is no-frills and you may smell like garlic afterward, but it's a glimpse into one of Chile's fastest growing immigrant communities with great food (and reasonable prices). Note: be careful after dark as the neighborhood in the evening has little light and all the stores have closed. Antonia López de Bello 244, Bellavista Phone: 56 (2) 2735 8693"

I ordered a fish roe on rice. It tasted nothing special, basically tastelessness, no seasoning al all. Rice was overcooked, just like congee, was very soft. My rice had two side dishes in it, Chinese cabbage kimchi and pickled daikon, it’s not worthy to pay for this dish.

The terakai was top notch and the yakisoba was delicious

Even it's not in the best Barrios in town but the food is really good. Big portion. Definitely a good option to eat Korean food. They are very generous! Lovely price 😊

One of the best meals I've had in Chile! The hot bibimbap was fantastic (they also offer it cold, for a cheaper price). It came with a starter bowl of egg drop soup, and several dishes of banchan (literally, "side dishes"), including kimchi, rolled omelet, bean sprouts, and what I think was pickled papaya. In the bibimbap bowl there were rice, beef, carrots, pickled cucumbers, and pickled onions. All topped by a fried egg. Add some of the sauces, stir, and enjoy!! I will definitely be back.

The food tastes great and the experience seems very genuine. As a foreign that doesn't speak Spanish or Korean it was a little dauting but it was all worth at the end. Very reasonably priced and great quality.

Excellent service and food. Great place to try Korean food for the first time, as the offer is very complete. Banchan and rice are included with every dish, and it is really inexpensive. Loved it!

Best korean restaurant in the area, the menu holds a great variety of traditional food and everything is to die for. The only downside is the table service since if you're lucky you'll get the services of a young nice woman who will explain the dishes to you. Otherwise you'll get the other lady who seems to hate everything. But otherwise I would totally recommend it and the service is worth it if you want to enjoy some marvelous korean food.

Yelp
I ordered the Bi Bim Pap and dumplings from here. The Bi Bim Pap was truly delicious and the dumplings were good, but nothing special. The restaurant provided free fried potatoes, tofu, kimchi, and peppers as well before our main meal was brought out. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The menu was in Korean and Spanish and the workers spoke spanish. We went during the week, so the restaurant was not very crowded. After our meal they brought us refreshing watermelon slices. I would definitely come back here and try something else on the menu.

Yelp
At the end of the month, this would be one of our go-to places to come with work to enjoy flavorful (and spicy!) Korean food while going over the sales numbers. I recommend making a reservation so you can get a private booth - this really adds to the experience! They are best known for their parrilladas. Where you can share with a couple of friends, a mini bbq with lettuce, kimchi and other delicious toppings to create a very authentic Korean meal. Although they have very good dishes, I don't recommend their seafood (there are so many better, more fresh options). Hands down their BBQ is the best, but if you are vegetarian, I recommend their spicy noodles (they are my favorite) and I like to accompany it with the sides they give everyone - especially their healthy and flavorful kimchi. You can also order a tortilla of eggs and veggies to share. The beauty of this food is that it is perfect to share with a group of friends or colleagues - if you come alone you won't be able to try all of these great flavors you probably didn't even realize you were missing. Sukine also has a mini market where you can buy traditional Korean ready-made food and products to take home with you as well. One of my favorite restaurants this side of town!

Yelp
It is such a comfort for me to find a traditional Korean restaurant here in Santiago. Although I haven't been living here very long I really struggle to find good ethnic food. Coming from Toronto, where we have dozens and dozens of Korean restaurants, I can honestly say that the food here is the real deal. Most individual dishes are 5000 CPL and include all the banchan dishes and rice on the side. We tried both the Dolsot Bibimbap (rice and vegetables with ground beef and a fried egg on top served in a steaming hot bowl) and the Kinchichiggae (spicy stew with lots of kimchi, tofu and pork) and both were great. Owners are Korean but waitstaff Chilean. Food came out pretty quick. Don't bother waiting for your bill, go to the front and pay when you are ready!

Yelp
We missed our connecting flight back home to the US, so had to spend an extra day in Santiago. After 13 days away from home, I was craving for some spicy Korean food, so decided to try this place out. We ordered and . The first dish was better than the second one (which was a little too sweet). Nothing extraordinary in terms of food taste or service but when you need to quench that crave, this place would do just fine.

Yelp
The service was nice but the food was somewhere between average and low average. Ordered the seafood jjigae extra spicy but the clams were closed, had the flavor of nonfresh seafood, and was not very spicy. Asked for pepper three times, waitress was very sweet and gave me extra kimchi to boot. Kimchi was a little bitter, not sure if they used Napa or something else, flavor was off.

Yelp
Best Korean food in Chile!! I love this place so much. The kimchi is excellent. The prices are cheap and the food is absolutely delicious!! The service is great, but they can get quite busy on weekends so be prepared to wait if you go during lunch time. I highly recommend Sukine!!

Yelp
Tried the osam bok um, really tastu though the meat was a bit greasy. The banchan was very tasty, and the fried sweet potatoe was the ideal finishing touch. Was surprised that after the food they gave us slices of watermelon. Nice atmosophere and polite waiters

Yelp
¡¿Qué?! There's Yelp in Chile?! When did that happen?! I regret not having Yelp in Chile: depending on TripAdvisor reviews was hard! Sukine is a pretty good Korean restaurant in Santiago, in the Patronato quarter. The owners are Korean, but the waitresses are all Chilean, so even you can pronounce Korean and want a dish that's not on the menu (soondubu), they won't know what you're talking about. I settled on some japchae with bulgogi, and found it refreshing amidst the sea of empanadas and choclo in Santiago. Also really enjoyed their selection of ban chan.

Yelp
Very good meal. Bibimbap was ok, but we have tried so many of them in so many Korean spots around the world. The kimchi..... dish I had was perfect. Overall, we were very happy with the tastes and smells of this place. Of the 20 others eating there, 90% were Korean. We will be back.
