Korta Apartments Split, Croatia

Just back from a trip to Dubrovnik and Split. By a very long shot, these were the nicest accommodation. Staff were helpful & friendly. The accommodation itself was comfortable, modern & well appointed. It is extremely well located. On the edge of the old town. Very close to plentiful restaurants. Near to the harbour/waterfront, if you so desire. It felt very secure.|Coffee & croissants in the morning was certainly a nice touch.|Excellent value all round.

Everything was quite good. It's clean and only have to walk about 10 min towards the center!!Love the little balcony and it's so chill just sitting there.

We and friends recently stayed at the Korta Apartments in Split, Croatia, and couldn't be more pleased with the accommodations and the hosts. The location was ideal, very close to all the sites. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could need, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great recommendations. Highly recommend this place for a memorable stay in Split!

Rude staff - I arrived late and woke up the next morning to rude messages telling me I need to pay, (I’d paid a deposit prior as per their policy, no chance to pay more beforehand) then they knock on our door for several minutes at 8:45am (again we arrived late and were still in bed)|She then calls me via WhatsApp asking me to go to reception.|Why so urgent? It completely ruined our experience on the first morning|In terms of the apartment - number 9, it’s nice on the inside, although they serve breakfast in the courtyard where the door to our apartment was. A family had a very loud breakfast which is very close to the bed/bathroom and not private at all|Overall I wouldn’t say we enjoyed our time due to the staff.

Great choice for location to old town modern facilities in an old building spotlessly clean. Reception lady extremely helpful. Would suggest asking for an apartment on first floor or at the back and not fronting on to street however in a nice area and no security problem, we felt fine but just a bit of a concern for my 17 year old daughter who was in her own room on ground floor. Would stay again

Perfect accomodation, clean and comfortable rooms. Stayed here for three nights with two families with nine people. Stayed in rooms 4,6 and 12. Friendly staff. Great breakfast to start your day. Ideal location to walk and explore the old town of Split. Highly recommended

Loved this place and would definitely stay here again. Great value and location||Friendly staff and efficient early check in||Great location in old town Split 10 mins walk from most of the main attractions etc||Just beware of unscrupulous bar’s in Split. Korta Apartments was a fantastic place to stay in Split. We were a group of 13 spanning age range from 5 to 75. Mia on the front desk was amazingly helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet. The beds were super comfy. Even the coffee and pastries in the morning hit the spot. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.
