Kos Aktis Art Hotel

The perfect place for your accomodation. Right next to the Port and City center, by five minutes walking. Literally on the crystal clear sea side of the bay for peaceful and beautiful moments either for vacation or business visit. Exquisite cousine and excellent local wines to taste. A definitely must.

One week break to Kos for some winter sun. Booked the package through Jet 2. Hotel is in a perfect position just a short stroll from Kos centre. All rooms are sea view and I mean directly onto the sea!!! | Breakfast was buffet style and the selection was very broad. Nothing to fault here. Rooms are very clean and attended to daily. Reception very helpful even accommodating a late check out due to an evening flight.| In all a very very good experience. ||Thank you to all at Kos Atkis Art Hotel

A really good hotel with an excellent location, right by the sea and a 5 minute walk from the old harbour. Staff are all superb, as is the food. Rooms all have a sea view, overlooking the port in one direction, Turkey straight ahead and Kos marina in the other direction. A horizon to the east so wonderful sun and moon rises. We were there for the eclipse of the moon which we watched whilst eating dinner. You can swim (stony then deep quickly) straight from the hotel sunbathing area, and there are steps to help you get out. Not suitable in windy weather but lovely otherwise. Guests are also welcome at the pool of the sister hotel around 10 minutes walk away.|Any problems? The in-bath shower is difficult to access for those with poor mobility, so do let them know if you fall into this group. Otherwise things like lifts and ramps are OK.|We have already booked for next year.

This hotel has an amazing position directly overlooking the Aegean , near the centre of Kos Town in easy reach of shopping , archaeological sites , port , cycle hire shops and off road cycle routes +++ . The staff are soooo helpful and friendly . the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've experienced . I want to particularly mention the reception team ,Thalia, Denise and Sofia- Maria , who went above and beyond before and during our stay with information , bookings , advice , always accompanied by a smile . Thanks team ! The room we had with its balcony overlooking the sea was very well equipped , especially in the bathroom . One improvement from my perspective would be much less volume on the music at the bars and cafes on the ground floor so that on the room balcony one can enjoy the lapping of the waves on the beach below and the wind in the trees without ' musac ' and the thump of the base beat.

The first time we went to the beautiful island of Kos we stayed at a different hotel but saw another couple dropped off here and thought the location was spot on, very central..so we booked again and had 10 nights here. We loved it so much we booked again for 14 nights (and have booked again for next year!) The hotel is right on the sea with all rooms having private sea facing balconies. The breakfasts are a very high quality and offer a wide choice of food. and there was always seats available at breakfast. Whilst there's no pool you can use the facilities at the sister hotel but you have the greatest pool to swim in.... the sea!!! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the yachts and katamarans that were moored up outside with the twinkling lights of Turkey (Bodrum) across the water. The staff are amazing and we would like to thank them all, especially the lady on the reception who remembered us and gave us a very warm welcome and the lady who cleaned our room who always greeted us with a beautiful 'Kalimera', It was so great to be reunited with our Greek friends (both human and furry!) Kos has rapidly become our favourite destination. The people are incredibly warm, kind, generous and hospitable and always want to feed you up, give you ouzo and raki and talk to you. After seeing all the people who visit the island throughout the season, it was very special to be remembered and treated like old friends. If I could give this hotel ten out of five I would. |Efcharisto and look forward to seeing you again soon!

We traveled all over the world and this is the best four star hotel ever. Fantastic location with unbelievable ocean view, great clean room and wonderful service. The restaurant is so good and inexpensive too. Love this hotel!

Kos Aktis Art Hotel is a very pleasant hotel in Kos. The rooms are clean and adequately sized. There's a small beach in front of it, but even though we have visited this hotel in July, it was always possible to find a place there. The hotel can also be booked on a half-board basis. If you're staying half-board, you'll enjoy a delicious dinner by the sea in the evening. Each person can choose an appetizer, any salad they like, a main course of their choice, and a dessert of their choice from the menu. The presentation is meticulous and visually appealing. Breakfast is also quite rich. It's served as an open buffet, offering several different types of each item.

We had a wonderful stay at Aktis Art Kos hotel (28/05-07/06/2025). Super central!|We would like to thank all the staff: the very professional welcome from Dionisia, the very friendly restaurant staff, and the courteous housekeeper.|Very comfortable room (Junior Suite) (air conditioning, bathtub). Excellent breakfast. Dinner (à la carte) very refined and sophisticated but quite limited (for 11-day stay). Good for those who |enjoy this genre.|Very pleasant stay.
