Was excited for the kaiten-sushi, didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with the fantastic tablet menu interface, with multiple ways to display and order the dishes.
Food was fantastic as well, our highlights were the anago nigiri, pork belly nigiri, kingfish sashimi, boysenberry panna cotta, matcha tiramisu
Less spectacular was the very thin slices of not the best quality mixed sashimi, relegated to a side dish in the menu.
Overall, a fantastic first dining experience in Hobart and at the time this was written my favorite restaurant in Tasmania.
