We live interstate so all of the designing was done via zoom and emails - a risk sometimes! Not at all the case with Marnee, who completely understood our brief and was a delight to work with. The quality of the sofa is fantastic, we couldn't be happier! highly, highly recommend.

We had seen some furniture at Koskela we liked, and made a follow-up appointment with Marnee to talk through various options and fabric choices. She gave us thoughtful advice and helped us imagine how the furniture might fit into our space. On the day of delivery, Jaro and Graeme negotiated stairs and tight doorways before carefully unwrapping and positioning our new furniture. We are very happy with our choice — it’s beautifully made and finished and very comfortable. There is something wonderful about a business which makes customer service a priority, and who design and make in Australia. We’re absolutely delighted with our Classic Sofa from Koskela - purchased through their second life programme as second hand, it was in perfect condition at a great price for a timeless piece and getting it delivered was as smooth as can be. The team in the store was incredibly helpful through the process as well ! Perfect experience (and sofa!) through and through !

We had such a wonderful experience choosing a sofa for our new house at Koskela. Despite not being able to visit the showroom we felt like Marnee at Koskela showed us all our available options and spent time listening to our needs in order for us to choose the perfect combination of fabrics and size. Marnee mocked up several options for us to show us what it would look like in our actual space. We are so excited to receive our quadrant sofa - we think it will look fantastic.
