We had such a wonderful experience here! The service was absolutely amazing—our server was super sweet, attentive, and helpful. She recommended the perfect drinks and desserts, which we loved. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, the restaurant went above and beyond by surprising us with complimentary champagne, which made the evening even more special. Everything from the atmosphere to the hospitality was outstanding. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff were very helpful but not too pushy. Sometimes, you'll need to reach out to any staff to get a message to your actual server, but the message will travel quickly, and you'll get what you wished for in a timely manner. The water tumblers are plastic and one of ours still had a lipstick stain on it and had to be returned but that wasn't enough to ruin our time there. The hotel has their infinity pool located in/around the restaurant so it can be strange to see hotel patrons lounging in the pool but it may be more awkward for the pool goers. The food was very good and was not abnoxiously priced given its location. We enjoyed our simple meal but didn't order anything too heavy . Maybe next time. You also couldn't ask for a better view. Especially if you're able to get a seat on the patio on a nice sunny day. The only downside seemed to be that the washrooms were located on a different floor of the hotel. Otherwise, it's enjoyable and we'll be back.

Oh my! I went there to celebrate our 5th anniversary, and we loved every second of it! The staff is friendly, especially Tamara, who is a great person and treated us very well. The food is INCREDIBLE! It's definitely on my list of favorite restaurants in Toronto!

From start to finish, this restaurant delivered a top-notch experience in every way, food, service, and ambiance. We arrived a little late for our reservation but called ahead, and despite being such a high-demand spot, the staff was incredibly accommodating and had everything ready the moment we walked in. Our server, Devon, truly elevated the evening with his professionalism, excellent communication, and warm service. The entire team was welcoming and attentive, which set the tone for a flawless dining experience. As for the food, simply outstanding. The octopus carpaccio was delicate and perfectly prepared, while the salmon was cooked to absolute perfection: crisp skin on the outside and tender, juicy on the inside. And the view? Breathtaking and it made the evening feel extra special. This place exceeded my expectations on every level. A solid 5 out of 5 and we will definitely be coming back!

My friend and I came to Toronto for a girls weekend! We found this restaurant by searching places close to us that had a rooftop view! We tried to make a reservation, but they did not accept them on the same day. So we took a chance to show up and get first come first serve seating. When we arrived, at 6:30, we were seated right away. The restaurant filled up very fast after that time. The service was incredible! Our server, Tamara, was exceptionally kind and shared many things about the menu! The food was beyond delicious! Everything was better than we expected! And the views! The best rooftop views of the city! The atmosphere was soft and warm, light and airy! There was nothing I could find that didn’t succeed or expectations! Dinner at this location was the highlight of our trip! I would definitely return and highly recommend that you include this location for your favorite meal in Toronto!

After nearly two years of trying to coordinate a patio dinner with my work besties, we finally made it happen! And let me just say, Kōst delivered on every level. From the stunning rooftop views to the elevated yet laid-back atmosphere, it was exactly the vibe we were hoping for, and then some. We kicked things off indoors while waiting for patio availability. We were 10th on the list, which might sound daunting, but the transition was seamless. By the time we finished our appetizers, first round of drinks, and an initial serving of the Spicy Tequila Rigatoni, we were escorted to the rooftop. And wow! The patio experience is next level. With the warm August breeze, glowing skyline, and chill-but-sophisticated crowd, it felt like a little escape right in the heart of the city. Now, let’s talk about the food. The three of us shared: • Fried Calamari: Perfectly textured and seasoned. A classic executed flawlessly. • Beef Tacos & Chicken Wings: Bite-sized bursts of flavor, ideal for sharing and full of bold seasoning without being overwhelming. • Spicy Tequila Rigatoni: So good, we ordered it twice. Creamy with the right kick of heat and a depth of flavor that made it an instant favorite. Rich, satisfying, and unforgettable. • Tres Leches Cake: A sweet, dreamy finish that was both light and indulgent. And let’s not forget the cocktails: six orders of the Tiki Sunset later, we were still swooning. Tropical, balanced, and dangerously smooth, they matched the summer rooftop setting perfectly. Service? Impeccable. Our patio server, Will, went above and beyond. Warm, engaging, and highly attentive. He made us feel like true VIPs. That kind of service is rare, and it made a lasting impression. He didn’t just take orders, he enhanced the entire experience. What stood out most? The vibe. This is the kind of place where the ambiance, food, and service all work together to make a night feel special. Whether for a girls’ night out, a romantic date, or a special celebration, Kōst is worth every penny. It’s already in rotation for future outings, both with my besties and my husband. Constructive feedback? None. Truly. Everything about the evening hit the mark.

I loved it. We found it difficult to find a high rooftop bar in Toronto but loved this one!!! The view was stunnuing,, the food very good and nicely presented. The staff was very attentive, brought water directly when empty, asked for new drinks when drinks finished etc. The price was okay considering the special location, we had planned to only have drinks but then decided to eat as it was not super expensive and judging the photos and what I saw on neighboring tables it looked worth it and it was!

One of the best rooftop stops in the city I was so happy my friend put me onto this place. Walking in immediately we got seats and served right away. Our server whose name is WILL, really knew the menu and gave us great suggestions. The other staff we interact with were on top of their game as well. If anyone comes here please please please try the beef tacos cause they were so incredible. Major thanks to them for a great dinner!
