KŌST at the Bisha Hotel was phenomenal from start to finish.
From the moment you arrive on the 44th floor, the atmosphere immediately sets the tone. It has a warm chalet, après-ski vibe that feels cosy, inviting, and elevated without being overdone. It’s the kind of space that makes you want to settle in and enjoy the experience.
We started with the burrata and beets, and it was outstanding. The portion was generous and beautifully presented, with a mix of tender and crispy beets that added great texture. Everything was very well seasoned, and the burrata was rich and creamy. The slice of toast that came with it was perfect for scooping and tying all the flavours together.
The steak frites were truly to die for and easily comparable to the quality you’d expect at a top-tier steakhouse like STK. The steak was cooked beautifully and seasoned to absolute perfection. The fries were incredibly addictive, crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The aioli was excellent, and the chimichurri had a bold kick that elevated every bite. The greens were equally impressive, finished with a beautiful balsamic glaze that balanced the richness of the meal perfectly.
Dessert somehow managed to be just as memorable. The hazelnut dark chocolate mousse was rich, smooth, and indulgent without being too heavy. The tres leches cake was moist, flavourful, and the perfect sweet ending to an already exceptional meal.
The seasonal chalet menu added another layer to the experience, offering comforting options like French onion soup, braised beef poutine, and several other tempting dishes that make you want to come back and try more.
Located on the 44th floor of the Bisha Hotel, KŌST also offers the convenience of nearby parking, which makes the entire experience seamless.
Overall, the food was phenomenal, the portions were generous, the atmosphere was cosy and refined, and every detail felt thoughtfully executed. A truly standout dining experience and absolutely worth the visit.
