Overlooking the harbour of Kos Town and directly next to the ferry port. ||Great location and the Tourist Train departs from outside this accommodation.||Staff were very amicable and helpful. ||The bar is lovely for a drink prior to your evening meal as you can watch the world go by. ||Room had tea & coffee making facilities and a small fridge which was appreciated. ||There was a Safety Deposit box but this didn’t appear to be active. ||I had a balcony on the corner of the front of the building, so enjoyed stunning views of the promenade. ||The wardrobe in the room had plenty of hangers but only a couple of plug sockets and these were not located near the bed but this was no issue. ||I was only here for 2 nights but would definitely recommend this property if staying in Kos Town. ||Thanks for a great stay.

Very well situated just on the harbour so location is very good with unlimited restaurants, shops and bars within a few minutes of stepping out on the street. Rooms were pretty basic, AC worked, the beds were 2 single beds pushed together. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh bedding and towels. Toilet paper is single ply so get used to that. If you get a harbour view room you won’t be disappointed. Staff were always friendly and always happy to see you so 5/5 to all staff. Breakfast was included for us otherwise it’s 15euro each. Personally I wouldn’t pay that but I’m never really impressed with abroad bacon or buffet’s breakfasts so that’s down to personal preference. Plenty of choice and could sit outside overlooking the harbour. Pool area is on the roof. Not a massive pool by any means but was never full or overcrowded. Snack bar also on roof with reasonable priced snacks like pizza, sandwich, salads. Not massive choice but tasted pretty decent.

We were at this hotel as a family for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The check-in went very fast and the receptionist was very friendly. The room was old, but clean. We received the room, that we had booked. On the roof they have a pool and it is just great, overlooking the old town and the port. The location of the hotel is really good. I would go back any time.

I stayed at this hotel together with a friend and we definitely enjoyed our holidays. The hotel was located both near the beach and the city centre which was nice because we did not have to walk. The staff was really nice and helped us with all our requests and even learned us some Greek. We had a simple room with view on the harbour and not much extras which was okay. The AC worked good and our room got cleaned each day. Only sometimes it was a little bit noisy in the morning due to people walking across the hallway Overall we would really recommend this hotel for your stay in Kos

Wow what a fantastic hotel this is. The best we have stayed at in Greece. The harbour is picture perfect, staff are all so friendly and happy and the location is central to the town or the beach. It is one of the first hotels I have been to without sun bed wars. We left on 9th July and it was just starting to get busier. Breakfast is up there with the best I’ve had in a hotel.|It’s a very quiet and relaxing hotel. Not really anything there for young kids, so they could get bored. It could benefit from being an adult only hotel, I would certainly pay a bit more for that. Amazing place. We will be back. Thank you for a great stay.

Overall good hotel. |Pros |Rooms are big and clean. Beds are comfy. |Pool is relatively private considering the hotel is on a busy area, and well maintained. |Reception staff are helpful. |Location is very good. Only a short walk to the busy areas. Considering this, there wasn't any noise disturbances in the hotel during the night.|The hotel looks better in person than on the photos online.||Cons |The cleaner opens the door and tries to come in at 9am. Considering they are mostly male cleaners and we were staying as 3 young women, we were not happy about this as they would try to come in as we were in bed still, asleep or getting dressed ect.|They also start moving beds around at this time, which is very loud and grating. |The pool only opens 10am to 6pm.

The hotel is in a great location – right across the bay from the heart of the action in Kos Town. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the lady at the reception who helped us during check-in. As for the hotel itself, it’s in good condition. Our room was decent, the bed was comfortable, and we even had a balcony with a view of the marina, which was a nice bonus. However, while the hotel claims to have a 4-star rating, the bathroom definitely doesn’t live up to that standard – it wouldn’t even deserve 2 stars. It’s outdated, impractical, and not user-friendly. The shower cabin leaked badly from all sides. Still, considering the price we paid, it was manageable and didn’t ruin our overall impression. We stayed in mid-May, and the hotel wasn’t fully booked, so it was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was the typical buffet – something for everyone, and overall quite good. There’s also a rooftop pool with a beautiful view of the town, which was a highlight. As for parking, the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot, but we always managed to find a spot in the nearby streets or right in front of the hotel. We never had to pay for parking, and we didn’t see any signage indicating that it was paid – though it might be different during peak season

What a lovely hotel, great location with a beautiful room overlooking the harbour. The staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. |We used the bar for a great service, we did not eat in the hotel as we prefer to go to cafes and restaurants we did eat in the poolside snack bar which was tasty |We gave feedback about the loud music round the pool and they actioned this straight away.|The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on our balcony |Thank you for a lovely stay
