Excellent hotel right on the harbour. The hotel was kept spotless with staff that were friendly. The pool is on the roof and has a very good pool bar. the food at the pool bar was very good and the prices were very reasonable for a 4 star hotel. My only quibble with the pool was that it is not very big(it does have a seperate kids pool) and there are only about 50 or so sunbeds and with 173 rooms in the hotel it can be difficult to get a bed. The bar is quite reasonably priced and the bar staff are very good. We had a harbour view room which was quite spacious with a balcony overlooking the comings and goings in the harbour. The hotel is right beside the ferry terminals if you feel the need to go to Bodrum(in Turkey so passport is needed) or further afield. There are numerous good bars and restaurants in the immediate area and a 7 or 8 minute stroll will take you to Dam square with a bigger selection. Just to remember that this is a busy working harbour and there is a lot of activity from early morning till evening.

A Fantastic Stay with an Ideal Location and Excellent Service Our recent stay at this hotel was truly wonderful, and a huge part of its appeal is its prime location. Situated right by the harbor, it offers incredibly easy access to a variety of excellent restaurants, a market, and several beautiful beaches. We found it incredibly convenient to have so many options within a few minutes' walk. The bustling town center is also just a short 5-10 minute stroll away, making it effortless to explore the area's sights and sounds. This perfect location meant we spent less time traveling and more time enjoying our vacation. The hotel itself was great, particularly when it came to cleanliness and comfort. Our room was spotless, and we were very impressed by the housekeeping service, which diligently changed our bedsheets every single day. This attention to detail made a big difference and ensured a fresh and pleasant environment throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we did encounter a minor issue with our room, but the staff handled it with remarkable efficiency and kindness. They were extremely attentive and worked quickly to resolve the problem, which we greatly appreciated. Their professionalism and genuine concern for our comfort were a testament to their excellent customer service. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but we didn't get a chance to use it during our visit, so I can't comment on that amenity. We opted to have our breakfast in the comfort of our room each morning, as it was a more relaxing option for us. Overall, this hotel offers a superb experience. Its unbeatable location, combined with the clean and comfortable rooms and the exceptional staff, makes it a highly recommended choice for anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Very well situated just on the harbour so location is very good with unlimited restaurants, shops and bars within a few minutes of stepping out on the street. Rooms were pretty basic, AC worked, the beds were 2 single beds pushed together. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh bedding and towels. Toilet paper is single ply so get used to that. If you get a harbour view room you won’t be disappointed. Staff were always friendly and always happy to see you so 5/5 to all staff. Breakfast was included for us otherwise it’s 15euro each. Personally I wouldn’t pay that but I’m never really impressed with abroad bacon or buffet’s breakfasts so that’s down to personal preference. Plenty of choice and could sit outside overlooking the harbour. Pool area is on the roof. Not a massive pool by any means but was never full or overcrowded. Snack bar also on roof with reasonable priced snacks like pizza, sandwich, salads. Not massive choice but tasted pretty decent.

I booked a harbour view room and a single occupancy room. I emailed the hotel ahead of time and asked if the single occupancy room could have some sort of view. We were not disappointed. Our harbour view was beautiful and my son had a side harbour view, which was really good. |The staff were all polite, helpful and friendly. The lady cleaning our room was particularly pleasant to us, always saying hello with a big smile. Reception were happy to help me with any questions I had about the resort, and sorted out an issue I had with my transfer. |The hotel was a very short walk from the restaurants, shops, beach, and boats that could be booked for different excursions. In my opinion a great location. |Breakfast was good, always plenty of choice, I liked sitting out on the terrace watching the boats go off on their trips. |The rooftop bar was very reasonably priced, also had a lovely view of the harbour, and was a lovely place to sit in a bit of shade. Service there was also friendly and efficient.|The bar in the evening was also nice. They had some of the cheapest cocktails that we found and the service was great. |Sadly, there were things with this hotel that justify my 3 star review.|The room: was dated and basic. Often the drawers would not close properly as they did not line up. The furniture was very cheap and flimsy. There were hardly any power points. This was all also true in the room we had for our last day as we could not keep our room on, but our flight was very late. We had to pay €50 for the room which I was happy to do. In this room the cupboard doors and drawers did not close properly as they did not line up. |The bath did not drain when we first arrived, and although we complained and the problem was sorted (no issues with that) the fix was obviously temporary as it was slow to drain again before we left.|The shower was TERRIBLE, seriously the worst shower I have EVER experienced on a holiday. We managed but it was not great.|There were 2 english channels on the tv, both news. Not a big issue for me but my husband likes the tv on when we are in the room. The picture was out of sync on the tv, and on the odd occasion there was a film in English, the heads of people were often cut off the screen. |The room was not sound proof. There was a lot of noise coming from the bars across the harbour at night and you could hear it, especially the base of the music, when trying to sleep. |None of these things would bother me much but this is not what I would expect from a hotel that is supposed to be 4 star. |The pool area was a nice spot to sunbathe, and it was never a problem getting 2 sunbeds together, as people seemed to come for a couple of hours and then leave throughout the day. However, the pool itself looked really quite shabby. It looked like there was plaster missing, or badly filled in, all around the side of the pool. |You have to pay 'tourist tax' and the price you pay is more depending on the hotel rating, which is possibly why they have pushed up to a 4 star. In my opinion, the rooms and pool area need to be much improved to justify the 4 star rating. |I will again say that I can not fault he people working in this hotel, but there are improvements to be had in the aesthetic

The hotel is in a great location – right across the bay from the heart of the action in Kos Town. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the lady at the reception who helped us during check-in. As for the hotel itself, it’s in good condition. Our room was decent, the bed was comfortable, and we even had a balcony with a view of the marina, which was a nice bonus. However, while the hotel claims to have a 4-star rating, the bathroom definitely doesn’t live up to that standard – it wouldn’t even deserve 2 stars. It’s outdated, impractical, and not user-friendly. The shower cabin leaked badly from all sides. Still, considering the price we paid, it was manageable and didn’t ruin our overall impression. We stayed in mid-May, and the hotel wasn’t fully booked, so it was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was the typical buffet – something for everyone, and overall quite good. There’s also a rooftop pool with a beautiful view of the town, which was a highlight. As for parking, the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot, but we always managed to find a spot in the nearby streets or right in front of the hotel. We never had to pay for parking, and we didn’t see any signage indicating that it was paid – though it might be different during peak season

This property is in a good location for the ferry to Bodrum but you had to walk right around the harbour coming off the ferry from Rhodes...the room was lovely overlooking a garden but there was some sort of air-conditioning unit there that made a bit off noise but nothing off-putting.. breakfast was nice. The English & European thought they had the right to hog the pool lounges with towels while they went off for lunch! I just removed the towel & put mine on there so I could read a book..pool looked nice but still too cold for an Aussie to swim in!

Just to put my review into perspective we go to Greece once or twice a year and to a different island or resort where possible so hopefully my review is balanced and understanding for Greek hotels. |We have been to Kos 6 years ago but stayed in Lambi so just opted for a different location. |We usually stay in 3 star hotels but wanted the location so paid the extra and the supplement for a harbour view (a must i think if staying here) in addition a little shock on arrival was the local tax of 10E per night (adding 140E to our higher than normal budget). We are aware of local tax but a big jump from 3 to 4 star (double) and difficult to pin down on line but perhaps more Jet2 not being clear as i’m aware this is the Greek govt & nit the hotel. |Room ready on arrival and we were on quickly in our room (238) on the second floor. |Room very large and a very comfortable & large bed. |Plenty storage but only 9 coat hangers for 2 for 14 nights !! (we took 20 as used to this)|Free safe and free aircon. Tv but no English channels. |Bathroom as almost always dated - doesn’t put us off but small inexpensive things like filling holes were items have been moved & re-drilled and matching the time colour should be expected. |Bathroom flooded every shower as shower head spurted in all directions and marble surround on bath not level so all just ran onto floor. |Towels and bath mats quite thin and often with holes or rips. |Only one real spare plug in bedroom on one side of bed - one other that kettle was plugged into and then used for mosquito plug. Therefore hard to charge 2 phones, 2 toothbrushes, a shaver & 2 ipods with one plug (electricity only comes on with room card so can’t charge things when out).|The balcony was a decent size with table & chairs and a clothes dryer. The view of the harbour, boats and people watching is outstanding & probably the best view we have ever had - there of course is unfortunately a “but” as if you sit in the chair you can’t see the harbour as the balcony is quite high and a mix of concrete and opaque glass. In addition in our room the opening part of the balcony door the seal had gone and therefore you can’t see through the window !|No complaints about the breakfast though. The choice was huge including local and international food. Everything was kept replenished even up to closing time. Some different items each day and the staff very friendly and helpful especially the lady who checks you into the dining room. |Indoor and outdoor seating - it’s no smoking outside too which i was happy with. |Bar and reception staff also very polite and helpful. |Roof top pool is ok but you will be lucky to get a bed as is it huge compared to hotel size. The downside is it closes at 6pm which makes no sense at all ??|Roof top bar and tables nice (also closes at 6 though). |Was disappointed. to find no fraught beer in either bar which is a first. |Overall for what we paid and comparing to last years 3 star hotel in Santorini we were quite disappointed. |It would seem stars are earned for certain facilities and services but the standard of those not taken into account.

Hotel conveniently located close to shop and tourist attractions of Kos town and has an amazing breakfast buffet. It’s not quite to 4 star accommodation. ||Staff at desk need lessons in customer service not very helpful. I found them to be very snobbish. |Help and advice was given to us by Veronica from breakfast room. Always greeted us with a smile. Told us about some beautiful attractions in Kos to visit. Always answered our questions, asked how we were. |Perhaps she should train the front desk staff.||Although the room had plenty of space to move around in they could use with a little update. They should make be invest in some new towels for the rooms, a plug for the bathroom, replenish coffee and tea supplies. ||Had a great stay in Kos but accomodation was a let down.
