Dinner at Kostbar adjoining Bogentrakt was a delight, with warm, enthusiastic servers and perfectly executed modern-traditional options. I enjoyed a delicious goulash with local beef, impeccably tender-crunchy and savory veggies over fresh pureed potatoes. Chocolate-chile/plumb sorbets for dessert. (These are two different sorbets, but for the historical record, they were extremely f’ing delicious together.) Also, when you have drunk and eaten without serious restraint, you can stumble conveniently back to the comfortable prison cell where you may very well belong.
PS, if you have been in the market for fine lighting design fixtures, the ceiling at this place may rivet your attention.
