Stopped by Kosy Bar in Marrakech and had a great experience. The Americano was smooth and well-balanced, and the iced matcha was refreshing and perfectly made. Big shoutout to Abdelillah — super friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. He even suggested I visit the Blue City (Chefchaouen), which I really appreciated. Great service and great vibes — will definitely be back

I visited Kosybar today for an iced chocolate with milk, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The drink was smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, a real pleasure under the warm sun. Inside, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, ideal for unwinding. The wooden architecture and authentic Moroccan touches give the place a warm, charming character that invites you to sit back and enjoy the moment. A spot truly worth recommending for both its quality and its unique, welcoming ambiance.

Came for a light lunch, the food was delicious and the view was amazing too. They had a range of both non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. We had the starters which were delicious, but quite small. I think it was quite expensive but all in all a lovely place.

Aziz is such a wonderful server! This place is very cute, perfect for the sunset, come half hour before sunset time and sit on the rooftop. Very nice ambiance and serves cocktails and alcohol which is rare at most places in Marrakech as drinking is not very popular to the public.

On 16th October 2025, we ordered two beers, one Mahou and one Mahou IPA (which costs 10€) along with our food. Later, we asked for two regular Mahou beers, clearly pointing at the bottle of the standard Mahou. When the waiter finally came back around 15 minutes later, he brought one Mahou and one Mahou IPA again. I told him that wasn’t what we ordered, but he pointed at the opened bottle and gestured for us to just keep it instead of changing it. Since we were in a hurry, we decided to drink what he had brought. When it was time to pay, we explained the situation, as we noticed we were charged for two Mahou IPAs, the more expensive ones. The waiter suddenly changed his tone, became rude, and said it wasn’t his fault because another colleague was the one who sent the beers, so we should speak with him. We approached the other waiter and explained the issue in French (as one of us is French), but he pretended not to understand. They then started talking to each other in their native language, and the second waiter just said, “It’s what my colleague said,” in a rude way. As two women, we felt uncomfortable and unsafe, so we just paid and left... This is not the kind of service anyone should experience. I felt pressured and deceived into paying for a drink I didn’t order and one that costs more than the one I asked for. Even if it was a misunderstanding, when a customer says the order is wrong, the right thing to do is to replace it. And if the beer was already opened, they should at least charge the correct (lower) price. We were polite, clear about our order, and even tried to explain calmly at the end. The staff, instead of taking responsibility, doubled down and that’s the real issue. It was not the money. Here’s the thing: mistakes happen. But how a place handles them shows everything about its ethics and training. Leaving this review so others are aware and don’t get misled. The rooftop view is nice, but there are plenty of better spots in Marrakech with far more honest service. This is my second time in Marrakech, and nothing like this has ever happened before. We do not recommend this place and will not be coming back.

Good rooftop bar. The medina love cocktail was especially tasty. We didn’t get any alcohol but you could, if you wanted. Obviously not cheap, but it’s a rooftop bar so that’s expected. Good live music really adding to the atmosphere

BEWARE! They have different menus with different prices. Was told I had to get beef or pizza before 7pm (it was 6:40) The food was OK and the portions are smaller than other places. They accepted card however so I will unfortunately return.

We were recommended by the owners of Riad Anika (who do not sell alcohol) where we staying in Marrakesh that if we wanted to have a drink to go to Kosybar…. what a result!! This place was a highlight of our Marrakesh adventure. It doesn’t look much from the ground, but once you enter you are in a world of cool vibes.. they have gentle music playing on all floors and the rooftop bar offers spectacular view across old Marrakesh. The third floor bar is more shaded and has misting sprays and the capacity for a large bunch of people which look equally happy to have discovered the place as we did. Really friendly staff, lovely surroundings superb food which is a fusion mix of local and European food. We had most of the things on the menu during our stay and there was not a bad choice!! If you go to Marrakesh, make sure you go to Kozybar!
