We can’t thank the owners enough. Panagiotis and his beautiful wife were lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed, blending modern luxury with cozy comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens crisp and clean, and the view from our window and balcony was simply stunning. Housekeeping was prompt, discreet, and consistent throughout our stay. What truly set this hotel apart was the level of service. They remembered our name, our preferences, and were always one step ahead with thoughtful suggestions and assistance. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch serene, spotless, and offered us a place to unwind. Breakfast in the mornings was impressive, with plenty of local farm to table options and exceptional organic quality. Our taste buds we in heaven daily. Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be better situated — close enough to the town of Finikounda, restaurants and several beaches but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and exclusive. In every aspect, this stay exceeded our expectations and can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We’ll absolutely be returning — it’s rare to find a place that gets everything right. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Finikounda area, this is it. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

We stayed at Kotroni villas for 3 nights and we still have this place in our minds and hearts! We dream of returning and staying longer. The best place for vacations by far, beautiful rooms, beautiful garden, beautiful landscape, unforgettable breakfasts, everything of high aesthetic. Highly recommended! I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home. From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by how incredibly stylish and carefully decorated every room was. It’s clear that so much thought, love, and attention to detail went into creating a space that feels both elegant and welcoming. The design choices were stunning and every corner had something unique and tasteful, making it a true feast for the eyes. Yet it wasn’t just about looks, the house was also wonderfully comfortable and functional. You could really feel the care that went into making guests feel at home. It was a very good experience overall ! Unfortunately we were placed above a sort of common area where people talked and smoked for hours into the evening making it difficult for us to enjoy our balcony. I brought it to the owners attention, and he was very helpful and tried to do what was possible without inflicting on the other guests. Breakfast was good, but I was expecting for more food than what was served. The price per night also felt a little bit high compared to the price x quality we got at other places.

Our stay at Kontroni Villas was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the host family made us feel like more than just guests – they were incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. The breakfast every morning was great – fresh, local, and prepared with love. Sitting there with that incredible view over the hills and the sea made it even more special. The location itself was peaceful, clean, and perfectly located for relaxing or exploring the area. We really enjoyed our time there. Would absolutely come back!

We just had a dream of a vacation at Kotroni Villas. The location, the people, the hospitality (the breakfast!), everything was more than what we could have hoped for! Can't wait to be back!!!

Best place I have stayed in my entire life! Everything was perfect and so clean! The breakfast is obviously the highlight and everything else so thoughful and organised!

In a nutshell: I wish I had more stars to mark the excellence of this place. A maximized experience of true hospitality, honest smiles, discrete service and impeccable aesthetics. Even if your destination is not Foinikounta, it is worth shifting your plans just to stay here. Long story: Although you can get a hint from the photos on their website, it is not possible to get the full vibe that greets you when you actually get to Kotroni Villas. The site is laid out in such a way that both serenity and playfulness are conveyed from the moment you lay eyes on it. Wonderful olive trees, suggestive of the land’s wealth source and ancient heritage pronounce the essence. The rooms are set in a way that, although making up a community, are mindful of your individual space. There is an expanse of hefty, multileveled lawn around them, and niches of repose for either quiet or communal enjoyment, in lovely views of the sea and surrounding hilltops. The layout is strategically organized, so that the traditionalist, the modernist, the practical and the tranquillity seeker of our party of four were all equally impressed and satisfied. The impression carried on when we entered our room (number 9), which was spread out in a high-quality artistic environment. Everything was so tasteful and surprisingly accommodating for every function one expects of a luxurious and fully equipped unit, everything was thought of and practical to the last detail. And then, the hospitality began manifesting itself in the form of scrumptious breakfasts, which made our early morning swims down by the sandy beaches at five-minutes distance come to an untimely end, just so that we could run home, longing to enjoy the rich, handmade delicacies with a little of everything for everyone. One thing describes it all: a long-standing diet by a very dedicated dieter was broken, and not one day was regretted for it. Thoughtful and spontaneous afternoon treats of homemade lemonades, grapes from the owners’ grapevines, care for every request we made, spot-on cocktails, brings us to the major feature of Kotroni Villas: the owners themselves, who are omnipresent in a very discrete manner and make sure the true spirit of the place is always tended to. We have stayed in many places around the world, frequently where luxury or quaintness was abundant, but have never met with such a gem as Kotroni Villas, for the simple reason that their owners obviously have a purpose in offering true hospitality as part of a healthy life balance.
