A few years ago, I got furious with t-shirt sizes that didn’t fit (pleasantly) a female body with measurements like mine -1.77m tall and 72kg- even in an XL. It wasn’t just about not being able to wear the witty designs, but also the feeling of disrespect and subtle (though likely unintentional) body shaming. Nowadays, Koukoutsi offers t-shirts in a wide range of sizes and cuts that fit much larger bodies. This inclusivity, combined with the witty designs -often with a Greek spin- and the helpful, friendly owner, is what makes Koukoutsi truly special.
