Kourosh Hotel

I stayed at Kourosh Hotel for three nights. The hotel has a very good location in the center of Kish, which is a positive point in terms of accessibility. The room and bathroom were clean, and the housekeeping service performed well. The staff’s behavior was generally acceptable. Breakfast had good quality, with satisfactory variety and service. We did not have lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant, so I cannot comment on the quality of the main meals. The in-room internet had good speed and worked without any issues. One negative point was the locked connecting door between our room and the neighboring room, which allowed noise to pass through and was not comfortable. I recommend that guests request a room without a connecting door when making a reservation. The hotel uses a chiller system for cooling and does not have heating. Due to the rainy weather during our stay, the hotel provided a heater, which was helpful. Overall, some of the hotel’s equipment felt a bit outdated. On one day of heavy rainfall, there was a small water leak from the restaurant ceiling. Additionally, it would be better if towels were placed inside hygienic covers, which is an expectation for a five-star hotel. Overall, the stay was good, but for a five-star hotel, updating the facilities and paying more attention to details is necessary.

Hotel nice with good location room clean and tidy on arrival however the after checking in was really bad. Ac in room not controlled and running cold . Daily room cleaning was nill dispute our daily calls of following this up to clean the room. For three night we had to use the same towels and the cleaner never entered our room on all follow ups i was assured they will clean yet nothing happened Shame such nice appearance of five stars lacks maintaining the level

The electrical facilities in the room were a disaster. At the end of the night, after turning off all the lights, after an hour or two, the lights would turn on arbitrarily and the switches on the smart panel were connected, which caused insomnia throughout my entire stay. The glass separating the bathroom from the room did not darken. This only happened in the event of a power outage.Very low quality breakfast, no coffee served and the tables not clean.The pool water was contaminated and it was clear that it had not been cleaned for a long time. The dry sauna and steam room were inactive. never use this again.....

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times during our trips to Kish. The staff are super friendly, especially the manager — really helpful. We had a problem with our room and they changed it without any hassle. The hotel is getting a bit old though — the AC makes noise, there’s some issue with hot water in the bathroom, and when it’s crowded you might have to wait a while for the elevator. But the breakfast is still great, and room service is always on time. The photo booth is still way overpriced for what it offers. Overall, the staff really do their best to make sure you’re happy.

Stayed for 2 nights but didn't give me 5 star vibe at all.

Its a disaster when it comes to the breakfast all warm foods are cold due to high volume of guests and less staff in resturant. You cant find a table between 8:30am to 10am kids running around.. Up to level 8 there is no view because of front building after that there should be some but I wasn't there. Receiption staff are useless they just waste your time and hope by lies. Pros: rooms are clean and neat(furniture little bit old but still good). - bathroom and hot water is okey - location and access is good -lobby and elevator is clean nad beautifull -aircon is cool (a little bitcnoisy but not too much) I dont recommend for this price you can find real 5 star hotle.

It was such a pleasant stay in Kourosh hotel. The staff were caring and helpful. The breakfast was acceptable but could've been better. It's a bit far from the sea. Yet you can rent a bicycle or scooter nearby. Compared to Iranian standards it's one the best.
