"You'll find the entire range of products made by this ubiquitous local soy sauce producer at their only retail outlet, located in Hong Kong's central business district. Everything is crafted using age-old methods: A batch of their best soy sauce, the Gold Label Light Soy Sauce, for example, ferments under the sun, untouched, for about three months. Gourmands also swear by their obscure products, like chu hau sauce, a spiced soy bean paste used for slow-cooked beef brisket." - Janice Leung Hayes
A nice shop selling soy sauce plus other seasoning sauce. They have different bottle sizes for ease of usage or buying as souvenir. They also sell fermented original or spicy beancurd and also century eggs.

Their many sauces and especially the spicy fermented soy bean cubes are my all time favorites. Whenever I come back to Hong Kong after a long trip, i must have it as the condiment of my first home dinner!!!

Delicious naturally brewed soy sauce which is also less salty. Other products you can get are fermented tofu and salted black soy beans. Note: cash-only!

Not cheap, but excellent quality and you really get what you pay for. I use their soy sauce only for dipping so a small bottle goes for a long time. Their other bean sauces are great for cooking and marinating as well.

This is the real deal. One of the few remaining HK made soy sauce! Even the famous Luk Yu restaurant uses their sauce! Made very traditionally, their soy sauce taste incredible; not your supermarket salted black water, but rather an aromatic soy distilled compound. Exceptional!
