Best shopping experience I have ever had! The shop was accessible which was so helpful for me to get inside and navigate around the store, not many places are properly wheelchair accessible and inclusive so thank you! The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. The quality of the clothing is amazing and I’m so happy with my purchase, very excited to wear it! Xx

The staff are a large part of what makes this place……although the clothes are pretty special too! The ethical nature of their items is a big part of the brand, but importantly there is no compromise when it comes to style! The dresses are always beautiful, interesting, well thought out, & timeless, & the fabrics are unique & hardwearing, while also being eco-conscious & joyful! The staff are attentive while not tipping over into “pushy”, & they listen and engage thoughtfully & kindly! Whilst covid has brought with it many retail challenges, I have remained very happy to support and spend my money here, where prices are reasonable, and attainable, and justifiable! Most important of all, perhaps: there is not a day I wear kowtow that I am not complimented on my clothing, which is always a lovely feeling👍!
