Kōzo Kigali Restaurant

Very tasty and unique presentation. I loved all of the dishes I ordered - pork and prawn spring roll had a cool lightly fried outer texture, the grilled chicken wrap was fresh and the orange crème brûlée was my favorite- just the right amount of bright orange zest to cream. Well portioned servings, 1 starter and 1 salad was plenty for me. Drink was great too. Very nice decor and lots of different outside nooks.

Kozo doesn't disappoint! The service is excellent as is the food and the vibe! Reservations highly recommended; actually a must as it's very popular. I loved the slow cooked lamb which was as flavourful as described on the menu --again highly recommended as the hazelnut dessert!

The warm ambiance, tasteful decor, and welcoming staff set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional dining experience. I’ve been to Kozo more than 5 times now lol This time the service was attentive without being intrusive. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Now for the food—absolutely delicious. I ordered the prawn, jellof rice, sizzling steak, sushi, and it was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. You could tell that each ingredient was fresh and carefully selected. Their wine selection is always on point What truly made this visit special was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality. It’s clear that their team takes pride in what they do. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal in a comfortable, friendly setting. I’ll definitely be back per usual!!

Amazing food time after time. Tasty and unique sushi rolls, something really cool in Kigali! Friendly and attentive team. The dessert left me speechless! Must try!

This place is so beautiful, the ambiance with water features seamlessly integrated into the design creates a tranquil oasis. The food and service is top tier👌🏽

I would recommend Kozo to a friend. This is a fine dining restaurant, at least on the Kigali market scale. Meal portions are on the smaller side but the taste makes up for it. Being that it is “fine dining” prices are on the higher end too.

I loved the decor/furnishings and the view. But I was looking forward to food the most I was 100% shocked by how small the portion was ! We ordered beef fillet sizzling and on the menu they said you can share, but in reality it can’t even feed one pax! It wasn’t that delicious as I expected to try something new all you could taste was black pepper 😭 we also ordered KOZO rice which they say is the best rice one the menu but it didn’t feel any best and the portion was very small we didn’t drink alcohol or any expensive drink but we paid 92k RWF which is ridiculous for such meal and went back home with our empty stomach….. after all of this what’s best with KOZO? I’m a restaurant lover but definitely not going back! You guys need to study the Rwandan market and change do better! I didn’t have an amazing experience fr fr

A stellar culinary experience in one of the best and newest destinations in Kigali. From curbside to the dining table, as a guest you are greeted with impeccable hospitality. The ambiance of the restaurant is upscale, cool and welcoming. The bartenders are mixologists and the Chef has crafted a delicious global fusion menu. I have my favorite dishes, but I invite you to try them all…Bon Appétit!
