The cheapest way to travel to Phuket! (160 baht) Buses are comfortable, the staff - both cashiers and drivers are very friendly and helpful. It’s better to come 15-20 mins before the ride, as the bus can leave a bit earlier. Timetable attached.

The terminal is o.k. As others have remarked, however, if you go to Ko Lanta it's smarter to buy tickets ahead in the city center (standard price 350 Baht) instead of coming here (300 Baht).

The bus terminal was clean and organised staff was all help as they guessed I might not know were the counters are so they willingly helped me the stop has taxi pick and drop service as well. Also food court to grab something on the go

Our experience from Phuket bus terminal to Krabi bus terminal was great. The bus was on time and they have well maintained the hygiene across bus, bus terminal and washrooms. The ticket for Phuket to Krabi by bus was 170 baht. Comfortable seats with recliner and the scenic beauty throughout the journey adds up to the experience. The roads in Thailand need a shoutout 🤌🏻

Small bus terminal outside of Krabi Town. About 5 km from downtown Krabi Town and 17 km from Ao Nang beach. Cheapest way to Krabi Town would be to take a songthaew for 30 baht, there is always one waiting at the bus terminal, songthaew to Ao Nang beach costs 60 baht. You can also rent motorbikes at the same spot where the songthaew are located just outside the terminal in the parking area. The terminal itself is nothing special, a few snack stands and a small food stand, so don’t arrive too early because there is nothing to do. Cheapest bus to Bangkok is 675 baht and leaves daily at 5PM and arrives at Bangkok Southern Bus terminal at 05:30 AM. I believe there is at least one more bus company that serves Krabi to Bangkok at this terminal.

It’s about 3 to 4 kilometers from the town center, so you can easily reach it by tuk-tuk or songthaew. The terminal is simple but functional, with ticket counters for different bus companies, a few snack stalls, and a small convenience shop. Locals use it for daily travel, while tourists mostly pass through on their way to other destinations. The area is calm, and buses usually run on time, but it can get a bit hot during the day since it’s an open-air terminal. Pros: Easy to find transport to other provinces Budget-friendly and runs regular long-distance services Cons: Basic facilities, not ideal for long waits A bit away from Krabi Town and beaches

Well organized. Friendly staff. Attached are all the new timetables. Prices ain't on display most of the time. Bus to Phuket at counter 7 is 170thb (almost double that if you book via 123go). Pretty good value for money: bus is a bit old but offer usb sockets as well as wifi. Local buses / songthaews cost 60thb and will take you to Krabi Town or Ao Nang.
