Really beautiful shop — everything is unique and high-quality.
However, the packaging of the products was extremely disappointing. They wrapped the house we bought only in a thin sheet of paper and a small piece of bubble wrap. When we asked for a box, they said they didn’t have one and assured us that this would be enough.
Of course, it wasn’t. When we got home, it was broken. Everything else in our hand luggage — including glass, porcelain plates, and cups — was perfectly fine except for this house.
We spent quite some time choosing it, and for a €70 gift, you would expect proper packaging — at least a box with protective foam inside. I tried to glue the broken pieces together, but unfortunately, it’s not the same anymore.
It’s really a shame, because the shop and its products are wonderful, but the packaging was very careless and caused us to lose something we truly liked.
