"Kravanh has made an effort to preserve and uplift Cambodian cuisine,' says Ros. It's the type of restaurant high-ranking government officials will take visitors to show off the country's culinary prowess. Ros has been eating here since before she became a chef: 'I love their amok, which has a thick, creamy lemongrass paste and coconut milk.' This signature Cambodian dish is usually made with whitefish wrapped in a banana leaf, but Ros always goes for the version with snails, a common protein in Khmer cuisine."

This meal was absolutely stunning - if you’re looking for traditional Cambodia cuisine done in fine dining style then look no further. Great service that doesn’t overcrowd you but always there when you need. 10/10 (I had the snail amok, lobster and morning glory).

Everything was outstanding. Cocktails and food had balanced explosions of flavors. We had the fish amok, smoked eggplant, and the mango salad. Every bite next bite was better than the first. Big portion sizes

The restaurant was just beautiful. From the staff to the food. The waiters were very good at recommending food to us, and luckily for us, the portions were just right. Delicious flavours and tastes. Definitely recommend coming here as they have a vegetarian menu to choose from.

I visited this place for lunch by myself. Ordered three dishes, snail amok, beef lok lak, and freshwater lobster. I have never experienced the amok(which is a Cambodian food) and wanted to try once. The dishes that I ordered are tasty. I wondered if those were authentic Cambodian style dishes. It was a good experience.

Decided to treat myself to a nice dinner on my last night in Cambodia. Ordered the lobster and pork skewer and they were cooked perfectly. What everyone says is true — their drinks do pack a punch so be careful! Got a surprise treat in the end with dessert and a lemongrass drink. All the servers were polite and friendly. It was raining when I got out but since I was staying nearby, one of the staff walked me over to my hotel with one of the big parasols. My only regret is being alone so I couldn’t order more dishes. Pricey but definitely worth it!

An authentic fine dining Khmer restaurant. Staff are very gentle and attentive as one in our group is MSG allergy. Well presentation and great taste. And we found the Khmer menu is really similar to Thai’s

An amazing experience. The place is cozy, elegant. The food amazing, really the best we had in Phnom Penh. But what it makes this restaurant really unique is the service: attentive, polite, professional. We felt pampered and very very welcome. Never in Phnom Penh without a dinner here

It was such a delightful Khmer fine dining experience. Everything we tried; from appetizers, to entres, to the most presentable nom banh chok, to our last cup of tea. All excellent. We couldn't wait for each dish to present itself because it kept getting better and better, but our favorites were the delectable and alluring nom banh chok (both sauces), and especially the pomelo salad. Perfection. It was light, fragrance, savory, citrusy, sweet; all rolled in one. Simply put, addictive. The grilled eggplant with minced pork was our least favorite because we prefer ours with minced garlic as well. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The waiters provided excellent services. They were proactive and attentive. They were top notch. We highly recommend Kravanh.
