Krawummel - different dining

Nice little vegan restaurant, with a couple of gluten free options. I had a a “K-Club” burger (red bean patty with extras and sauces). It was very tasty, though super messy to eat. My wife had the baked potato with salad, roasted veg and sour cream. It was good, but we expected it to be roasted Mediterranean veg (as you would), but it was actually more like Sunday roast veg. Weird, but nice. If you’re vegan then this is a great place with big portions and a reasonable price. If you’re gluten free, then choice is very limited.

Great place. Delicious food. Everything plant based (vegan). Unfortunately, the menu itself doesn’t say what the plant-based alternative is made of. Seating is nice and cozy. Reserving a table is a mess though. We reserved for 4 and when we came we were shown a table for 2 with the comment „you have to find 2 more chairs somewhere“ 😳

10 stars if I could. I have always wanted to eat here, and today I did. And I cannot believe I have been waiting so long. I had no expectations but oh wow! I ordered the India Bowl for 13,90€, which in itself is quite a good price. When I had to pick up my order from the counter, I was shocked by the portion size - it was huge! Everything was super fresh and tasty and prepared amazingly. I did not fully know what I was ordering and was surprised by the beet slices. I have never liked beet, but Krawummel has officially changed my mind. I will, from now on, eat more beet. So, long story short; the food was absolutely delicious. The portion size, of the bowl, is enough for 2 meals (you can take your leftovers home). Everything is vegetarian but super flavourful. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was chill and cosy. Even the wifi was good. Excited to try everything from the menu!

I went for dinner with a friend and we both got bowls. The food was tasty and you get a decent portion for what you pay; we spent around 30 euros on the food and drinks and we were both full afterwards. I would really recommend their tiramisu as well ;) The only thing is that the beets in the India bowl were raw/undercooked, which I didn't like. If you want to go, keep in mind that this is the kind of place where you order at the counter and get a buzzer to pick up your food when it's ready!

Absolutely delicious Steaky K burger, great fries, and a lovely bowl of vegan goodness. Friendly staff, cute environment, and a great coffee / hot drinks menu on top.

No table service, but instead order at the counter and then pick up your food when they call your name. A mix between a fast food place and a restaurant. Cosy in the inside but a bit noisy from the counter/kitchen. Also have plenty of outdoor seats, which is preferably if the weather allows for it. As far as I understood, everything is vegan. Burgers, falafel, bowls, sallads etc. Portion sizes are large and price is great. However the potato slices for one dish we ordered was cold, and the sweet potato fries was floating in fat. Apart from that, the BBQ burger I had was good.

I found the food super delicious and savoury and the service very good. Also, I liked the atmosphere, very relaxed and pleasant. Would definitely visit again when back in Munster.

21 November 2023 We sat for warm drinks and cakes. What a bad decision! Slow service, cakes too hard not edible, overpriced. Menu is too pretentious and it took a while until we understood what is going on. Tip: learn how to bake, before people choke on your cakes. Top: not today In 2 words: never again
