Krazy Chicken & Pizza

The pizza was old and I had to spit it out after one bite.

Late night/early morning hunger took over. I wanted something close since I was ordering delivery. Plus I was in the mood for fried chicken. After scouring Grubhub I decided on Krazy Chicken & Pizza. They had good reviews on grubhub. I'll preface this by saying, the only time I'll eat dark meat chicken is if it's jerked. That's it. Any other type of chicken I ONLY eat white meat. I'll pay the premium for it because it's what I want. When ordering I nicely put in the notes, the pieces of chicken I wanted. I also said cancel my order if you are out of it. Not only did they send me chicken legs even though I ordered wings. I ordered them individually so that I could receive what I wanted. Sometimes when you get the mixed chicken they put whatever they want. They also sent me the smallest, driest, oldest chicken they could find. I did find one wing out of the 4 I ordered and the breast I ordered. There was also an additional thigh in there. I guess to make up for the size of the breast and wing and the fact that I didn't order legs yet they still sent them. It all went in the trash. Wasn't edible. I don't care how small the chicken was as I don't like those big hormone filled ones anyway. But that chicken needed to be thrown out. It was like they cooked at 2 pm and they was trying to still serve it to me at 2am. Mashed potatoes was like glue with gravy. If that wasn't bad enough the delivery driver was rude. I like to tip in cash for delivery. They use their own drivers. Before even giving me my food or greeting me, the first words out of his mouth was you live too far. We deliver 1 mile. You're like 2 miles away. Exscuse me. Take that up with management. If the Grubhub's order goes through your employers decided you deliver here. I kindly tucked my $10 cash tip back in my pocket. My order was only $15. Bad food, rude staff. Won't order again or recommend.

Forgot to put all my items in the bag , bad service and bloody chicken. Completely ruined my appetite.

The only thing good here is the peach cobbler and ironically it's made by a company in NJ and not in house, chicken was dry, flavorless, and Barely warm, the mac and cheese was lukewarm at best, and bland and based on the customer service I'd say this is typical here will never be going back.

A humble review for a 'Hood Chicken Spot. One of my favorite foods are Hot Wings (Flats only). I been to Wing Festival. I am constantly looking for a new Wing Spot. I love wings. So when my friend brought home wings from his neighborhood Chicken spot my immediate reaction was "ugh what is this Crown Fried" to "where did you get this from Atomic Wings from Down the Hatch (best wings ever fyi in Manhattan). The Super Hot Buffalo wings are amazing. This came from a 'Hood chicken spot? The sauce is amazing. True Buffalo style wings. I was shocked. This will be the official spot to order wings for Football Sunday and Mondays! The Fries were a little dry but those Wings are Fire....

We ordered a vegan cheese pizza and it looked and tasted a lot like real cheese when we got it. We called at least 3 times to double check and we were reassured it was vegan mozzarella. Lo and behold.. it was dairy cheese and we al got very sick. Throwing up and diarrhea for days. When you have customers that are lactose intolerant/vegan you need to be extremely cautious when they order a non dairy pizza and make sure it actually is non dairy. The man on the phone was also very rude saying "I don't know how many times I have to tell you." Either take the vegan pizza off the menu if you can't do it right or actually have some care for your customers dietary needs.

I ordered a sandwich and wings from here through Uber Eats. Unfortunately received crab legs... I'm not sure what happened here but, I don't even eat seafood. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from here anymore

Before Krazy Chicken opened I'd normally get my chicken from one of the many crown fried chicken restaurants. Krazy chicken has a lot more options and I though delivery may take a bit long my food has never come cold. I order at least once a week they have great prices and way more options. There chicken seems to also be fresh unlike some of the crown fried chickens.

I decided to try this place out and I'm happy I did. I was craving pizza and they satisfied it!! This was the fastest delivery I've ever experienced, food was hot, and affordable! The pizza reminds of my favorite spot back home (Boston), tasty and cheesy!! Think I found my new go to...I also ordered popcorn chicken.. didn't expect it to look like that but it was good. Perfect size for 2 yo!

The cheese was like...weird on the veggie pizza #1 and the mushrooms were obviously canned and I should've asked for no olives but i didn't so silly me. Ummm... Their seasoned fries and their potato friends are really good so that's a plus.

a great fast food spot. The staff almost never screws up the order, it arrives super quickly, and the delivery people are great. Low grease, best cheap burgers in my area hands down.

It's not the most amazing food in Bedstuy, Brooklyn but it's reliable, convenient and it gets the job done. I've ordered pizza from here a few times and the delivery is always on time or even early. Which is almost unheard of in the tri-state area. (I'm not sure if people don't know about them or they are just that good with time management). Only once have the gotten an order wrong: they left the food with me, as extra, went back to the restaurant and delivered my correct order. You don't find customer service quite like that in Brooklyn/New York City. So when I feel like indulging - because I try to eat relatively healthy - Krazy Chicken and Pizza is a good choice. The food is decent but the service is even better. Also, the food is pretty cheap and they have deals within the Yelp app.

Disappointed every single time. At best you get a mediocre meal when you're staving..

It's restaurant seems to be affiliated with chicken joint down by halsey. They share some of the same employees! For me this is a plus because that is the cleanest hood chicken spot but they have their own flair. If you like pizza they sell personal size pies for only $5. They also have large and medium if you're feeding more than one person. I stuck with an old faithful snack, potato wedges and they are just as good as those from the other chicken joints around the way. They will be soon air frying foods. I shall return.

Love the pepperoni pizza! Best pizza in the area! Tasty cheeseburger too. Big thumbs up from me!! And the delivery is fast!! Love love love

I love it here . They are always respectful to me , the food is always fresh , and they always throw a little something extra in my bag . One of my fav fast food spots .

Ordered a pie from here last week. The pizza tasted weird and underdone. Not a fan. I get it, it's late but just try a bit harder!

The bacon cheeseburger was delicious and so were the air fries. The delivery was quick and the food arrived hot.

If you are from New York you know there is no shortage of "cheap chicken spots" scattered throughout the city, Krazy chicken is no different from the rest except in name and service, the guys who work here often look out for the late night drunkards who stumble in at 2-3 am looking for quick eats. If you are in the market for some quick greasy food to satiate you at odd hours of the day Krazy chicken is your spot.

This is my go to place mostly on grub hub , I must admit for what I thought was just a typical "chicken spot" the food is awesome ,portions are grand salads are the bomb and I've tried several things from the menu and have never ran across anything I wouldn't try again. Delivery guy is super courteous ,respectful and grateful! My go to place !

I placed an order through Seamless from Krazy Chicken. The delivery estimate was about 45 minutes, which seemed a bit high, but whatever. After 45 minutes of waiting, I called the store and was told that the delivery person had just left. So I continued to wait. When the delivery person finally arrived, I told him to come to the door, like I do with all deliveries. He refused and told me I had to come out to the car. I explained to him that, when I pay for a delivery, I expect it to come to my door. To which he responded that he didn't care. He took the food back, and Seamless told me that they don't do refunds (what a surprise). Moral of the story, don't bother with Krazy Chicken or with Seamless.

Run of the mill chicken and pizza place in the neighborhood. They have an a sanitary rating which is a plus. Delivery for greater than 10 dollars which makes it stand out a bit from the other chicken places. I have had issues placing orders by phone though so I recommend going in person to order. They also accept credit cards and are open 24 hours a day. If you need fast comfort food for cheap and don't want to compromise safety, this is a good spot

Food was disgusting. Philly cheesesteak meat was old and fries were hard and taste burnt, probably cooked with old oil smh. Waste of my money !

Quick but no flavor have seasoning on deck like garlic oregano crushed red pepper. I am mad they don't offer anchovies for a topping.

Still waiting on my order. It's been over 2 hours. Seen the delivery guy outside but he was gone by the time I got downstairs only 15 seconds after I answered their call. Customer service was no help. I'm still waiting.

I only get the pepperoni pizza here but i love it. I order it and 10 mins later i have my amazing hot box of pizza.

I order here a lot. I actually love the pizza and ice cream. However, they close at 3am but if you try and order at 230am, they tell you no because they close at 3am. It just makes no sense.

we ordered a pizza and wings from this place and there was a pubic hair cooked into the cheese of my pizza. literally the most disgustingggggg ugh.

Great customer service! The food was good and very affordable. I came to visit NYC for the weekend and this was the best place that provided good customer service. If ii ever come back to this city Krazy Pizza will definitely be a place that ii will come to.

I am a fan - the food is good albeit chicken, pizza and burgers... speedy delivery and great value for the money. plus, they deliver until the wee hours. i'm kray kray for krazy chicken!

Truly great cheap late night grub spot. Best of it's kind. The guy's running it are cool and make sure you get what you need.
