We bought a present for our daughter in their Victoria store on 5 March 2025. During the purchase I made many attempts to contact my daughter but the phone connection in the Seychelles isn't great. When we finally got in touch she said she preferred a different colour but the store in our hotel told us it is company policy not to make exchanges. I feel like a foolish tourist and advise others to be careful when buying from this company. Their products are not cheap.
